Very underweight
I ordered the 10kg pick and mix as a group gift for a friend - we thought it would be funny as she loves sweets and about 10kg is the weight of her child, so a childs weight in sweeties seemed like a fun idea and a bit of a joke while also getting her something she loves.
I was only sent 9kg of sweets and while I understand it will be approx weight, a whole kg is too much - 10% of the advertised weight missing.
I sent an e-mail to the company in the hope of it being rectified, but they did not respond to me.
The sweets themselves are nice according to my friend, but it is disappointing that they were so underweight, no customer service support and it kind of ruined our fun since it wasn't a 10kg weight the same as he child, just a big bag of sweets.

bad selection of sweets
Thought it would be a better selection of sweets!! but was just a bag of things I don’t eat. The Easter bag wasn’t Easter themed really which the kids wasn’t happy about, only thing they liked were the mini bags because they chose them. No gift or freebies for a £50 order either distasteful.
