DO NOT book with this company

Please read this carefully if you are considering booking with Physio medicine.
If I could leave a review without giving a star I would.

There are several reasons why you shouldn't book with this company. Roza, the PT we worked with was:

- Late & chaotic throughout the appointment
- Didn't give the acupuncture as booked & still charged the full £150 for the 1 hour treatment.
- Quoted £85 for a 45 minute treatment to another client over the phone whilst being with us. Which showed no consistency in her fees.

In addition to this, my greatest grievance is Roza texted me whilst I was at A&E with my elderly mother (whom she'd seen the day before) to demand payment by threatening to take me to court.
This was despite it being less than 24 hours since my mother's appointment with her and fully 6 days before the payment date stated on the invoice.

I have never left a bad review, yet I consider Roza's actions, which are sanctioned by the company (as I have complained and had no response) to be harassment of people in a vulnerable situation.

These people have a track record. Do Not book with them, Especially, if you are in a fragile place of pain or confusion that doesn't need the extra pressure of their unprofessional methods of pursuing payment.

An unsuccessful physio who resorts to scamming money

Never go to this physio clinic and don't waste your time with the physio Roza. They are scammers with fraudulent charging practices.
I noted that they were the only physios available immediately, and had a lot of availability as well, which should have told me how unpopular this clinic is.

The (first and only) consultation was over 1 hour long, with 45 minutes (and she was late to the appointment by 15-20 minutes) of just talking and asking the same questions over and over again. Her English capability is poor and since it was going for so long, I had to say I needed to leave, and then she said, since we ran overtime, can you pay extra?

Note that she DID NOT ask at the 45 minute mark (which was the official length of the appointment) if I'd like to continue and *I* was the one saying I needed to leave.

So I said no, this is not coming out of my pocket. This is booked through my private health insurance and they are the ones she will need to talk to about this charge.

She then sends 2 'confirmed' appointments, which I repeat, I only ever had 1 consultation. Obviously they are trying to charge me twice for the prolonged length of time. They have chased me over and over again to make me pay for it.
I have officially made a complaint and my private health insurance launched an investigation, confirming to me that I do not need to pay for an appointment that I did not attend.

Summary: DO NOT BOOK THIS PHYSIO.

They just want your money

Dr. Roza and her team treated me very badly.
She won't even look at you to understand your physical suffering. She is always late to attend her patient.

Please be careful: I went there for my neck pain and charged me 180/- gbp for a 50 minutes session. I have no problem with the money but she took 30-40 minutes in doing admin work in knowing your medical history which you normally do by filling up a form before the actual appointment. So, basically she charged me 180/- for 15-20 minutes of actual session which was also to confirm if i've a pain or not. Of course i have pain.

I didn't complain about her cancelling my appointment and rescheduling it in the evening. And then also, she attended me 20 minutes late.

I wanted to try more sessions with her but next day, to my surprise, i received a threatening invoice email from her team:

```
**Failure to clear the invoice will be sent to the debt collections team**
10 % additional charge payable if not received within 24 hours.
```

Imagine what would you do if someone think that you are a thief when you are on visa. I immediately paid her, cancelled all my followup appointments.

Despite of giving them authorization code from my insurer, they wanted payment in advance which is fine but why did they ask for my insurer at first place? And why they had to write me so rudely?

Please be careful with this one: if you do book, be ready to be treated rudely.
