Caution looks good but totally unusable for use. Many serious mistakes Double bookings easily possible without warnings. If a booking is confirmed, it will not appear as booked in the calendar. Payment confirmations can be created as a template but not used in the system. Local tax has no decimals. and many other small bugs.
To save you time and hassle, I strongly advise against it.
The support was fast and we were amazed at the many bugs. Unfortunately no money back for Mega Sale Bundle € 279.-

Non-existent technical support and no reply to ticket requests. The Store Locator script has a coding error which I fixed myself as I gave up waiting. They cant even provide you with an update or ETA. No good if you are trying to work in the commercial world.

In my experience, I was really impressed with the level of customer service and the speed of the technical support I received from PHPJabbers. It's the best customer service I've ever experienced from an online business. I did not feel stupid for not understanding the technical aspects of installing their booking script, and nothing was too difficult. Other companies don't follow through on their work as often as they should. It is my pleasure to recommend PHPJabbers and to thank them for their services! The service was excellent, and I would gladly use them again.

Hi, I have been using their Event Booking Calendar for about 6 years. They used to upgrade the program every 2 years. A few years ago, I paid for the upgrade actually only for the mobile version as their earlier version was not mobile compatible. Anyway, 3-4 weeks ago I paid to the upgrade again for they now accept more payment options. This is just what I wanted. But after I installed the program again. My nightmare starts. They actually are not upgraded the program but downgraded it. Something it used to work in old version but not working on the new version and they said if I want it they can do it for me but I have to pay for the custom modification. I have been waiting for their reply but they only respnded me one, that was the one said I have to pay. What kind of service is that!

I have been using their Event Booking Calendar for many years. I upgraded to new version last year for the mobile version and I just upgraded to version 4 because they added more options for payment method. After I installed the new version, I found a lot of problems so I messaged them a week ago, but until today they still have no respond. I have getting stuck on it. Some problems were not happened in the old version but new version. They usually responded a day after I left message but this time, I don't know why they don't even write a word.
Poor service, bad support!!

Just don’t go there with this company. I really wouldn’t bother, although the scripts may seem decent quality. The support is non-existent.

When providing a service to my customers, I like to ensure that if they require support, they have that on hand. After all, you are being paid for a service… so learn to do some work and answer my tickets at least! Your whole website needs an update too, incorrect products, missing products, spelling mistakes, grammatical mistakes and not very clear instructions and no documentation either.

Very disappointed with Phpjabbers.com, I don’t think I’ll be returning without a sincere apology, improved service and a support service that actually responds to their customers.

As a newcomer to web development and with very little understanding of PHP, I purchased your
shopping cart script. Any time I asked a question or asked for help the service team at
PHPJabbers were there. I asked for some alterations to the script to suit the purposes of my
client and they were done at a very reasonable price. The inclusion of the Australia post
calculator was a great idea and it works so well. My client was very satisfied. I am very
happy with the original product and the modifications. Keep up the good work!

I came across PHPJabbers a few years ago and was really impressed with their
designs and their user friendly installation and implementation. I continued to use
there scripts over the years on new projects when I could, with great results. Then
a while ago I accidentally deleted a couple of their scripts from my website and
their support staff could not have been more helpful. They helped me to reinstall
the software and recover the data free of charge, even though I had bought the
scripts at least 12 months previously. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.
Their support and professionalism is second to none in my opinion.

Beware their company is sold now to new people, regretting after spending $20000,
I pay them thousends each year and they think I dont deserve a reply for a bug reports,
they dont even reply to bug reports after so many complaints,
there have been data breech my customer data was breeched beacuse of their fault too. facing penalty from court order is well.
the food delivery script stripe integration is faulty, the payment gets through but order are not creating customer keep waiting for their meal, its been 5 months I have reported the issue they just keep avoiding my message, now its been a month they dont even reply to my post, I have lost a lot of money by keep compensating my clients (restaurant owner) as they have to deliver the food for free when customer call the restaurant after waiting for hours, reduclus company. totally rubbish.

The code has been modified by you guys only, I have the proof for data breech I will send it to you and you will pay the compensation for this.

When you don't reply for months what kind of language you accept from your clients? , You have time for replying negative review but no time for support tickets.

Since 2011 I have paid you 20000 something and you saying I am the lair I have all the proof for payments so think before you say lair.
trust pilot dont allow links so I can't show you the video of data breech but I have sent you the video in your support ticket as soon as it was reported. if you still dont admint it than send me your layer's details I will send all proof and take you to the court if you agree.
your scripts are not gdpr compliance

In 2015 I bought a jobs script that served me very well and recently I needed support on a new installation and for that I had to buy a license for 39 dollars to have access to support. (Order ID 165513269069). The problem is that since 13/06/2022 I have been trying to register my ticket and it does not appear in the support ticket list. Money thrown in the trash.

I am one of the old school and have worked with computers since paper tape and punch card input days back in the 60's. To day I freely support local voluntary groups and not for profit community projects. Over the years I have gained much experience but it is nothing compared with what this team know. There support helping us in times of troubleshooting and development really is second to none and I consider myself very lucky to have them support me whilst helping others. Thanks you

This company has just repaired my website for FREE after I accidentally broke it. They did a custom edit on their Ecommerce script 18 months ago for my company which worked perfectly until I was messing about with my settings which resulted in the website not been able to take orders. They repaired it straight away and never asked for a penny, amazing. Many thanks to Maria for the professional way she dealt with this problem.

Many years using scripts from PHPJabbers for myself and my clients. I let them made many modifications. They are so professional in what they do. Very friendly, always willing to help and a 'good' price. What more can i say? They help my company growing!

I've just puchased 65 scripts and installed the PROPERTY LISTING SCRIPT provided by PHPJabbers. I'm not an IT guy but the help desc have been superb. I've not actually experienced such a great support service before. They have been tremendous in responding so quickly to all of my many questions, and very patient with me. Would highly recommend:-).

The products are fantastic and support is unbelievably good. I have used these guys for over 15 years.

Over the last several years my company has used many PHPJabbers scripts for our hosting clients and I've always had decent support when needing it. This summer I had one of the scripts modified in a few ways. It was a very complex job of adding another Payment module, API coding for a third party SMS provider, and changing SMS notification settings. It took a bit longer to complete than most small modification tweaks however, I'm very satisfied with the modifications. The cost of my modifications were very decent too, considering the amount of work involved.

If you are looking for scripts that you do a bit of tweaking on yourself, it's ok.

If you want to hire them to add features to the scripts, I just can't recommend. It turned out to be a time and money waste for me. They do the least possible in order to check off the todo's and it requires a lot of micro managing and describing todo's to the absolute detail. If you don't describe your todo's extremely detailed, they will do the least possible in order to get you to pay more for getting it adjusted to the way you want. Since you already invested 50% up front, you either accept it and pay more, or take your loss and look for an alternative. It's really too bad because I initially wanted to buy 15 scripts from them and send thousands of dollars of adjustments to them but after the first project I just saw a lot of red flags. I've worked with over 200 freelancers in the last 10 years and I know I'm being ripped off. They will probably try to defend themselves and try to downplay it but trust me, you're better off hiring a freelancer on one of the freelance websites and let them build what you want.

On top of that, the webshop script I bought was full of bugs, which I had to find and have them correct. It also feels a bit dated. All in all I know there's potential if they change their services but currently it's just not worth the price you're paying. I feel a bit scammed and have buyers remorse so that's why I hope my review can prevent others from making the same mistake. Just stick with freelancers on freelance websites that have good reviews and let them build what you want. If you are a developer yourself, stick with open source and improve on top of that.
