I asked PHPJabbers to do some custom work for me on one of their Members Login Script, so that it would meet my project requirements. They are a great team to work with and the communication is spot on. They completed all of my changes to make the system work for me.

They are at the top of my list for future projects.

I've had a positive experience with PHPJabbers so far. I've invested about €2,000 EUR in a custom hotel booking site, and it's coming together nicely. The developers are responsive and quick to make updates.

Great communication and very skilled programmers.

These guys are PHO Pros!, you can tell just by the way the code is made. We have been used "Event booking Calendar" and have booked 16k successfully since 2014, now we are using a brand new version capable to work with newer PHP servers and is even better.

Once we got Login details set for our new Server, PHPJabber fixed a bug we reported within an hour

Working with PHP Jabbers for a few years now. They deliver good quality and we're happy with the results of their customizations we want them to do to their scripts. The prices are resonable.

They understood my requirements thoroughly, so I didn't have to provide much explanation. Once they received all the login information, they made the changes very quickly.

The Shopping Cart Has Run WELL, And Is EASY To Use. However, I Need To Upgrade My PHP Version. I Upgraded To Developers Version 5.0, Because PHP 8.0 Or Higher ISN'T Supported In Version 4.2. Installing 5.0 Is Giving Me ISSUES. They Say That Support Can HELP With Installing. However, NOBODY Wants To Respond To My Ticket. The Total Upgrade Cost Was 65.00 USD. They Replied On 4-5-24. :--)

Sadly, I can't get a response from them now. I have used them since 2017 without problem and they did good work for me. I guess, like many companies, they have run into problems they can't overcome. If they have ceased to trade I wish those working there all the best for the future as this can happen to anyone.

Takes a long time to get back when asking general questions about the scripts. (A week so far) Their own site lists a score of 4.7 on Trustpilot. Its actual score is 2.2. A bit misleading.

If you need a script modification, they can almost never or don’t want to. Response times are extremely slow. There’s no documentation, and they give you no indication if you have to change a file on your own. The prices are very high. They just do the strict mimimum. Very unpleasant. They have lost one more customer. I'm done. It was a waste or money and time.

The only way to contact them is by prepaying a ticket. You cannot see the version of the app you are downloading and there is no way to upgrade from an app you bought in mega sale to the latest version unless you pay in full. The company has a really bad attitude, the scripts are missing important functionality making them totally unusable and you have to pay to get the obvious... It is a pitty and it seems you have thrown our money by trying to work with them

I have been their customer since 2010 - purchased many of their scripts and paid thousands of pounds for many custom modifications. They were amazing in their prime. Quick, accurate and very helpful. I had repeated referred so many people to their site. 5* was falling short.

Sadly, over time their scripts have started failing, and there is not way to contact them about new custom changes without paying them for support first - which is my main gripe. Very sad.

Their script has so much potential, if only they kept updating them and providing support. I wish and really hope they are able to get back in the game soon and update their scripts - and most importantly provide much needed support; like they used to do.

Sadly, there is no other provider I can find online like these guys, so I still continue to spend money to purchase their scripts.

Since then, the site has been in decline, it no longer shows any trace of potential.
I was a customer from 2010 until 2021. Now that I no longer see updates and vision customer oriented and the ticketing support is only to make a profit, I understood that it is no longer safe for my customers to use the products of this company.

Company Falsely advertised support options are avaialble then try to bill you for any support you need

Actually the scripts would be great if they worked! I purchased the whole bundle and was left with no support unless I pay more money for support.The scripts are full of bugs and you can't even report them. To contact support after purchase you need to pay them. Getting really fed up off being fobbed off.

I'm a customer but my account "is not confirmed", so I can't download the scripts I purchased ! The function "Forgot password" send my password in plain text(!). After a 10 days of waiting, Support refund me, nobody seems to be able to "confirm" my account. I can't create a new account ("Invalid Session." error). Bad experience.
