Shipping..Sending an Album of over £60 in a single cardboard envelope is a bit poor. Mine arrived punctured, dented etc, Album had just got away with the journey. The Album itself was not the colour I expected in regards to colour matching and I understand monitor colour and printing colours cannot be an exact match but this was way apart.Having made over 30 Albums, I think there should be more examination by opperators to see if the photos in the Book actually look like the originals.

I picked photobox item as they said it…
I picked photobox item as they said it would arrive on a specific date for a birthday. It didnt. I recieved an email saying it was done and at the delivery company.
I heared nothing else. I have chased the photobox and they finally said there is an error and a 2 week delay.
Customer service use copy and paste generic answers pretending they 'really understand my frustration.' They even suggested i was lucky they are re-printing at no extra cost.
Absolutle shambles!

Good quality books and speedy turnaround.
Photobox are my "go to" provider of photobooks and I find that their quality and efficiency are both very good.
The one problem I find, stopping this from being a 5* review, is that I prefer to design my books online and both the "undo" option and the "delete" options do not do a simple job. They either jump back too far (in the case of undo) or they sometimes rearrange the page (in the case of delete). As I am designing the books to fit the exact pattern I want, I find this frustrating.
Nevertheless I continue to use them and I can certainly praise the speed of their turnaround and the quality of their products.

I was so impressed with the photo book I ordered, the quality of the book is better than I expected.
Also setting up the photos etc for the book was a very simple process.

High quality product
High quality product. App for producing photobooks is easy to use and offers good choices in terms of photo size/positioning and font for text. On the rare occasions when there has been a problem with the final product (pages in wrong order, pages sticking together) it was very easy to obtain a replacement copy (polite staff, no quibbles). Production/delivery time seems good, although this is less important to me than quality.
I appreciate that updates to the app are ongoing - however, please don't dumb it down, and please maintain the choices currently available.
