Will use someone else next time
I've undertaken two NEBOSH courses using Phoenix, and probably won't again. When I did my NEBOSH general, the instructor gave us terrible advice. He said that an 18 mark question required 1800 words, so imagine my confusion when I begin the NG1 and see that I was not expected to write more than 3000 words for the whole paper. More recently I undertook my NEBOSH ENV management. Our tutor, Tony, spent an awful lot of time telling us about how we could get marked down if the examiner doesn't like the way we format our paper, and he also never sent my homework back to me. I chased him during the course and was told I'd get it back that evening. When I still didn't receive it, I chased him via email after the course had ended and I never heard from him again nor got my marked homework. I spoke to other people on the course who said they also never received their homework back or heard from the tutor in-between the course ending and the exams, even though he said he would be available to us for help.
The office also sent us the wrong date for submission of our EM2, and this had to be corrected.
All in all, there are much more professional training companies out there.

Jade - NEBOSH NVQ Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety Practice
I loved completing my NEBOSH Diploma using the NVQ format, it was great to be able to relate to my work as proof of understanding safety. The Phoenix system was easy to use and the overall layout of the modules was clear and understandable.
My allocated lecturer Matt Griffin was brilliant! He's very approachable and easy to get a long with. If there were any areas of the modules I wasn't being marked on 100%, he gave great guidance on what was needed to securely pass the module.
Anyone who gets Matt would be lucky!! Thanks :)

I recently completed my NEBOSH National General Certificate with Phoenix Health & Safety, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.
A massive thank you to our trainer, Shane Goss. NEBOSH material can naturally be quite dry and intense, but Shane was absolutely fantastic. He broke down the complex legislation and health and safety concepts into practical, easy-to-understand examples. His engaging teaching style, patience, and great sense of humor kept the whole group focused and motivated throughout.
The course materials provided by Phoenix were top-notch, and the entire administrative process was seamless from start to finish. If you are looking to take your NEBOSH certificate, I highly recommend Phoenix—and if you get Shane Goss as your tutor, you're in excellent hands!

Great course that provides a lot of…
Great course that provides a lot of extra learning material. The staff was very helpful + everything was well organised with emails send at each step explaining well what to expect and what to do next. The class room experience was great too, the food provided also was fantastic. Shane who was out trainer was very helpful and very positive man. He kept us motivated and encouraged to always do our best. Each day after the course he sent us home with a homework that we needed to complete and submit and then he checked it and gave us a feedback. That was the way he additionally was preparing us for the exam, which was great because we could learn from those feedbacks and from each others. It was 2 weeks of intensive course which was a challenging experience for all of us the students, but Shane could see when we were struggling and always come up with a solution to help us. His positive view on life, with an amazing sense of humour, made the learning experience so pleasant and unforgettable. Thank you all.

"I recently completed a nine-day online course with Phoenix Health and Safety, and it turned out to be an excellent experience. Originally, I had booked a face-to-face classroom session, which was cancelled last minute.
However, I was invited to join the virtual version instead—and I’m so glad I did.
The course covered 13 different in-depth elements, from The Foundations of ''Construction Health and Safety Management'' through to ''Physical and Psychological Health'' our trainer, Adrian Van Loon, was truly exceptional. His vast knowledge and experience made him like a guru...An Oracle of knowledge—he was basically an encyclopedia on all the 13 elements covered. He kept everyone focused and engaged, and the flexibility of the online format worked out really well. I would definitely recommend Phoenix Health & Safety." My Exam is booked in 3 weeks.......
