Great informative course.

Cristina is a great teacher
Cristina is a great teacher, who is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and uses great relatable examples with visual aids. She makes the course interesting and is one of the best teachers I have met.

I genuienly enjoyed my NEBOSH course…
I genuienly enjoyed my NEBOSH course with phoenix. At first id heard a few horror stories about the exams and syllabus, and had felt apprehensive before beginning.
However, my course tutor Wayne put all these concerns to bed and provided a fanstastic 2 weeks. And i never thougjt health and safety could be so engaging.
Ive found the syllabus and course book easy to digest, comprehensive and actually very applicable outside of the course. So much so ill be taking it back to site with me for future consoltation and to share with my team.
Even outside of the exam prep, i have gained a wealth of knowledge regarding legal and compliance for the warehousing environments which i work within and not only will my team benefit from what i learnt, so will the customers we provide for.
As someone who would rather be on site, i am genuienly a bit gutted the course is over.
Thankyou to Phoenix and Wayne Heywood!

I really enjoyed the course. Tony was an excellent tutor who made the content clear, engaging, and easy to understand. 1yr H&S Contract
We've recently started working with Phoenix Health & Safety and have been really impressed so far.
Toby managed to fit us in at very short notice to carry out our Fire Risk Assessment, which really helped us out. We then had Amr on site helping us go through all of our risk management and rewriting our risk assessments. He was brilliant from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, he explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and genuinely went above and beyond to help us. I honestly can't thank him enough for the time and effort he put in.
Overall, we're really happy with the service we've received from Phoenix so far. We're only part way through our one-year contract and are just about to start using their online learning platform for staff training, including Manual Handling and Fire Safety Awareness. If the service continues as it has so far, I'll be a very happy customer.
