I just ordered the "Black Carnaby…
I just ordered the "Black Carnaby Circle Zip Cotton Polo Shirt" and the "Black Wool Pin Belt Flare" -- and, I have to say, I was let down by both.
The shirt looks great and I like the fabric, but the stitching on the collar is amateur at best -- loose strings visible, stitches not even, the white line on each collar is not symmetrical at the zipper, and the way the collar meets in the middle just looks nothing like it does in the model's picture on the website. It was the first thing I saw right away. It's bad enough that I wouldn't wear this shirt in public, as it just looks cheap. I even got a M and L to compare sizes, and they both had this issue. Definitely expected better craftsmanship for the price.
For the pants, I also like the look and the fabric, but the 32"L was MUCH longer than a normal 32"L pant (and of course they are sold out of the 30L, wonder why...), and the flared bottoms are much baggier and more clownish than in the model's picture. These cannot be the same pants that were photographed on the website.
So, sadly will return everything. It's a bummer because I really liked the look and was hoping to have a better experience with Phix as a first time customer.

I now own 9 or 10 pieces from Phix and every single one has been spot on. The quality is consistently top notch from fabrics that feel great to sharp tailoring with attention to detail that is always superb. Delivery is always super fast, even when I choose standard shipping, which is a nice bonus.
Their flaired jeans first drew me in, and now I;m hooked — amazing shirts easy to dress up for a night out or tone down for everyday wear. I even recently went "full Phix" for a trip on the Midland Pullman bell bottom jeans with the embroidery lace knitted polo, teamed with a plain black "under shirt" certainly held my own with the tweed suit brigade . Pretty much every time I wear anything Phix, I get comments — people genuinely want to know where the pieces are from.

Great quality and customer service
Great customer service as the shirt I ordered was the wrong size. Complete refund and I ordered another shirt which arrived the next day.
I would say I would go for my normal sizing as the sizing they said to go for was too big.
Lovely quality material and the cut was fabulous.
Now I know the right sizing for myself I shall be ordering many more garments without hesitation.
