I've bought from George at Phillips…
I've bought from George at Phillips Hobbies before and find his customer service from start to finish excellent from the word go. Not only does he take the time to try find models requested, but the care and attention he gives to each order placed is second to none. Each individual model is wrapped with care before placing in box, then he takes the effort to let you know the progress of your order. THIS IS HOW CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE!!!!. This is a retailer who definitely cares!!
