I think these are the best yoga mats - and I am a yoga teacher. I have 3 (from several years ago) and recommended them to my students. However, when I ordered 2 more last year they never arrived, and I have emailed in vain, with just the same automated response.
It's such a shame.

I ordered and received this mat a couple years ago, before Covid. I loved my mat but it has since lost its grip. I have tried contacting the company but only received an automated response that they got my complaint but no resolution.

Ordered a mat in August, they took my money but never sent me anything. Absolutely shocking and fraudulent behaviour.

Unfortunately, I never received my order... as many before me, I tried to contact them and never heard back... I received my money back via bank, but just heard that they are challenging my dispute!!! Not sure how that is supposed to work as nothing was ever sent to me - and the order was on August...

DO NOT USE! NEVER USE PHARAMONDLIFE!!!
I would give minus stars if I could.
I asked for a mat for my birthday and recommended this company as I had used them a few times before.
Unfortunately this time, Pharamondlife took my sons money and never sent the mat. Ordered at beginning of September and we have both been trying to contact them since, via email and Instagram messages.
No response! Nothing! Yet they are still taking orders and taking peoples money.
We have reported to Trading Standards as this company should be removed from the internet.
Unfortunately we cannot get my sons money back as he doesn’t have a cc and paid via debit card.
Live and learn!!

Terra-grip mat was brilliant for a while. Then it transformed into a glass-like slippery surface almost overnight. No response from company on why or how to revitalise. Became so dangerous I had to bin. A disgrace at that premium price tag.

Ordered a mat 6 weeks ago, and no sign of it. I have emailed customer service countless times to no response. I have no idea how to get my money back - these are not cheap mats. Save yourselves and stay well away from these guys.

Ordered their yoga mat in August and I never received it. Wrote two emails to their customer service but only got automated responses. I ended up contacting my bank and they refunded me the money. Lesson learned- always look at reviews before buying.

I don't know if they've gone bust or theyre just crooks.
The mat was terrible- ordered & received in July. Sent back the next day after customer services gave me the return address.
Then have had no further contact. I have emailed them countless times, contacted via all social media platforms- I even found the company director through Companies House & contacted directly to still be ignored.
3 months on & lots of emails to CAB & Trading Standards I've attempted the ' charge back' process through my bank. I've had to submit two reports with evidence of contact and only just have had money back but from my bank.
If you've been scammed too then please call your bank about a chargeback. I can't believe that this is allowed to happen in 2023, someone needs to close their website down to prevent further orders. £50 is a lot of money to me x

Really disappointed that my order, placed on 5th September, hasn’t arrived and no response from customer service who I have contacted 4 times.
Have ordered from this company previously & had no problems so didn’t hesitate ordering again but on this occasion their service has been non existent.
Mat was intended as a birthday gift so will be looking elsewhere to purchase now.

Ordered 8th September still waiting. No response from customer service . Very frustrating . I would suggest it is a waste of time and money ordering from them

Totally unresponsive customer service. The website says a few days for delivery, but it's weeks since I placed an order.

Well I ordered and paid for a Yoga Mat a month ago and have emailed 3 times for an update as their website suggests delivery in 2-3 days! It also suggests they deliver customer service which is clearly a misrepresentation having now read other reviews here. Still no sign of the product and absolutely no update from them. I absolutely would not recommend. I’m contacting my credit card company to get my money back as Pharamond Life haven’t given any indication I’ll actually receive the product anytime this century if at all. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Absolutely abysmal customer service, in fact, non existent. I ordered my mat at the beginning of the month, sent three emails to request an update but have heard or received nothing. I can’t comment on the product, I’m yet to receive what I have paid for.

Had to organise a credit card reversal as the product was faulty (the top layer of the yoga mat was coming off onto my skin after the first 10 minute use) and Pharamond Life did not respond to any of my emails after I provided my order number and photos of the issue. It looks like I'm not the first person to have had this issue either, based on other reviews below.

I purchased my Pharamond Life yoga mat almost 12 months ago. Having used it pretty much every day since and sometimes twice a day, it is still as good as new. Other mats I have used have shredded bits off in the same time frame. It is my haven for exercise, yoga and meditation. It gets used hard. The only visible scratch is from my rescue dog demonstrating her superior downward dog!

Yoga mat ordered for mums birthday. Two weeks later, no sign of the mat, of a shipping note, of customer service.

I've sent 3 emails with no replies and no sign of a refund either. Funnily enough this happened the same time last year where they took my order without having the stock. Luckily there was customer service then to get my refund.

I was initially so happy with my TerraGrip Mat. However, after using it for less than two years it has started flaking. Very disappointed with the quality of the mat over time…
