The drawer chest that I recently I ordered feels very luxurious. The unit has been made beautifully. I had a few questions before ordering and their customer service team responded quite quickly. Delivery was a bit delayed but was packaged very well. Definitely recommend Phantom Decor!

Units are exactly as described, good drawer size and movement.
Easy to construct but take care as the colour is easily marked -
small scratch noted post construction.
All in all, very pleased.

My biggest regret is that I didn't look for their product's reviews before I made the purchase. As you can already tell from other reviews, they 100% deserve a NEGATIVE 10. One star is still too much of a compliment for this wretched seller. I ordered it in April and it took a whole 3 month to arrive at my doorstep; which is already abysmal in this era of online shopping. I assemble furniture for a living, have put together thousands pieces of furniture. And I can be confident to say this is among one of the worst quality. EVERYTHING SCREAMS BAD QUALITY! And I mean everything! The instruction manual is super vague, hard to follow and even has incorrect details. When put together, it looks super flimsy and cheap; not at all deserving the $100-plus price tag. I felt ashamed to put this piece of junk next to other furniture in the house, so I decided the best place for it was the garbage bin. It cost me USD$140 for this lesson, so I'm writing this just to hope you can read it, would not make the same mistake and AVOID THIS SCAM!

I have been waiting for my purchase for 4 months and still nothing its stuck in customs in china, this is just a bad dropshipping store, i have asked for a refund but they keep ignoring my emails. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

Complete scam this company will take your money and send you a fake tracking number do not order from these people. I was left 150 out of pocket

I have placed my order at the 9th of March 2025. The order was one of the Batch 1 as the company told me via email. I received the shipping details at the 16th of May and the package arrived at the first week of July.
In this time slot, the company told me, that they are optimizing the quality of the shelfs in the Batch 2 right now.
After the arrival of my package:
The quality was extremely poor. The package was not damaged but the shelf was already broken.
I paid 113€ for the shelf and now it costs 350€.
So maybe they have improved the quality or they are trying to get even more money.
So it's up to you to try your luck with the company.

DO NOT BUY!!

Impossible building instructions and extremely poo material

They are a scam. They wouldn’t deliver my item at first and when they realised I raised a dispute with my bank they quickly delivered it but it was faulty and now the bank are saying because I received the item I can’t get a refund. The parts don’t fit. Do not purchase from here. The girl that emails back called Aniqah is a fraudster.

spent over £350 and have been given every excuse in the world. I stupidly didn’t read the reviews. They delete my comments on their insta when I ask where my order is.

I made a purchase of a shelf from their website, but nothing was ever shipped.

Months for my item and they keep saying it's on the way and when i check the tracking id it cannot be found so don't buy from these guys

DO NOT ORDER! 100% SCAM!

After ongoing issues with this company for weeks, months even. I finally raised a dispute with my bank.

Knowing this, the company hastily shipped a set of drawers. A a box arrived weeks later from China I presume. The drawers which arrived are absolutely not the drawers which I ordered. No RFID locking mechanism. Just a small black set of drawers.

I’m guessing ordered a similar set of drawers to my address in hopes it would stop the bank dispute. Luckily I got my money back.

It’s a shame because it’s a relatively simple product their shipping. Not hard to build or make at all if you had the time. Could actually be a very successful company if they actually sold the product. Idiots!

Would stay away from this company I’m in the same situation as every other review, told me high production etc due to being a new company so I’ve now wasted 2 months of my time with this company, however they did issue me a refund quite quick but the 2 months of wasted time and follow up emails can’t be given back, disgusting

Placed my order 13.03, still didn’t receive the product (29.05).
All I got are repetitive emails saying that they will send the product next week or by the end of the month.
This company is either an well organised scam or a team o complete amateurs.
Either way STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They will take your money and won’t send you nothing but emails with empty promises.
