Shocking and shameful experience

They said that they couldn’t deliver as the address was wrong. I checked and the address was NOT wrong
I was informed that I had to pick it up but no address or phone number was available even though I tried multiple times to find them.
Absolutely shocking experience and my son is so disappointed as he wanted this item for his birthday.

I would give negative stars even

I would give negative stars even! My The item has been with their driver onboard for more than a week! And how could their delivery driver do 2 delivery attempts when the Concierge in our apartment is manned during office hours??!! I don't know what kind of operation this is, but this is really unacceptable for a logistics company! Stay away!

Delivery driver opened my package

The deliver driver opened my package in his car and left my items that I purchased unpackaged on my front door without ringing the bell. I bet he was checking what he could steal but didn't like what he saw

Dreadful company that is in on the…

Dreadful company that is in on the whole EBay scam where sellers claim they are in Australia but are in China.
PFLogistics issues a tracking number so eBay will not chase refunds,item does not arrive.

2 weeks and no item

2 weeks and no item . from sydney to maitland . they are a joke . unfortunately on ebay you dont know which courier some sellers use . if i can see if they use this company , i wont buy from them . totally hopeless . item has been sitting in newcastle depot for 9 days

Multiple requests for business hours…

Multiple requests for business hours delivery went unresponded, and item held 3 hours away for collection. Asked for another attempt during business hours or left at door to ZERO effect. The sent back to international sender. Requested to avoid the carrier in the future.

UPDATE: It just turned up at the delivery address unexpectedly. Still no communication however parcel was received so thank you.

Unfortunately no option for zero stars.
What a disgraceful attempt at a business. No phone, open hours are from 6pm-10pm and 6am-10am on saturdays when you drive the 30km to pick up the item they failed to attempt delivery twice, even when i was home.
I guess they deserve the one star for somehow miraculously remaining in business. Well done. I think🤔

Terrible company

I wish ebay sellers who use this company would wake up, PFL are very slow, they must let the goods sit in their warehouse until they get a complaint, absolutely shocking way to do business.

Worse Delivery Company !!!

This company deserves a one star for taking a of my car including my number plate where the driver should have concentrated on the parcel pic instead!!!
Violation of privacy, PFL Logistics are the worse delivery company!!
You can’t contact them, no number or email either doesn’t work!!!
Keep away!

It is about the drivers

Ordered from Temu on 9th and arrived on 15th.
14/05/2025 15:34 “driver has your your parcel on board”. 15/05/2025 about 10am, was in front of my door.
The driver did not even try to knock or ring the bell, just put the package at the door…bad driver.
However, gave 5 stars, because cannot judge the company by its contractors.
You dont judge Uber by its driver, you judge the drivers, therefore, i give 5 stars for the company, 3 stars for the driver.

Absolutely the Worst Shipping Company I’ve Ever Dealt With

My girlfriend placed a $350 order on BeautyAmora, and unfortunately, the shipping was handled by PFL (Parcel Freight Logistics). What a disaster.

After an entire month, the package still hadn’t arrived. The tracking showed fake delivery attempts—complete lies. There’s no phone number to contact them, and the email support is a joke. You either get no reply or canned nonsense that leads nowhere.

Only after a month and a half and a threat of legal action did the package finally show up—pure dumb luck if you ask me.

This company is a complete embarrassment to logistics. Operated by a bunch of unprofessional people, with absolutely ZERO customer service. If you value your time, your money, or your sanity, DO NOT use PFL under any circumstances.

I cannot possibly warn people enough: stay the hell away from this company.

I haven't received my ebay order

I haven't received my ebay order. I am in urban sydney. Delivery address is a business address receiving hundreds or parcels a week. Thier reasons for not delivering suggested they cant find it, but having read other reviews I suspect these are bogus computer generated messages and my package has not left their depot. I will not order anything through ebay using this delivery company again. They deserve zeros stars as they are possibly a scam.

One of the worst delivery service i ever tried in my life, I’m still waiting for a package and the delivery guy pretended few times to have stopped by and ring the bell.

They don’t answer to emails, within tomorrow I’m going to contact my lawyer. These people are ridicoulous.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The worst company to deal with. We have multiple parcels with them that they somehow can't deliver. Work from home here all the time with cameras so not sure how delivery is attempted? Never came. Been requesting I pick up as their driver doesn't know how to deliver

They do not deliver!!!
I asked them to deliver my parcel to my 15-th floor apartment’s door or to give me a call - so I would come downstairs and take the parcel from the courier’s hands.
I asked them not to leave the parcel in the lobby on the ground floor - this place is not safe! People living in this building steal everything!
But the courier left my parcel in the lobby and walked away - even without giving me a call!!! How was I supposed to know that the parcel was dropped off???
So, my parcel was stolen!!!
Never deal with this carrier - they are nothing but trouble!!!
