AVOID
Have had a parcel sitting at Depot for a week, no movement. Contacted them to follow up and received a generic response saying they were looking into it and check their site for updates. Held my package in Sydney for the last 5 days with no updates, contacted support who claim they don't have it even though the tracking shows they do, any other service gets here the next day from that location but this company seems clueless, do not recommend, guessing the most likely issue is they have lost it

Honestly, as soon as I see PFL is the delivery agent on my Temu order I know there’s gonna be issues and delays, (out for delivery could be 3hrs or 3days) I actually got a reply from them once telling me that I was “too far” from their Brisbane warehouse (I’m on the GC) so why accept packages bound for the GC if it’s “too far”? … the only positive is I do still eventually get my packages, but also a full refund +$5 from Temu.
I’ve recently learned that you can blacklist couriers on Temu via the support chat, it’s not 100% but they make PFL the last resort.

Do not use. They are the reason that i am no longer using eBay. Every single delivery from them has had issues, including one delivery which took three weeks to get a parcel 10km across Sydney.
Worst shipping company ever
This is the worst shipping company you can ever go through. Their tracking is a load of 💩 they keep your package for longer then needed mines been sitting in Sydney for 4 days doing nothing, they're communication is none. When your expecting a delivery from them expect it on the last expected day and midnight and also dont expect for them to knock on your door or mark it as delivered they will just leave it outside over night for anyone to steal mine is still marked as on board and this morning I checked to see if it was out there and the idiots must have left it out there overnight like if you can go through any other courier company

What a mess.. parcel went MIA on tracking for nearly 2 weeks. Emailed courier, was told it was in transit. Then nothing for another week, even following 2 more emails. Then I get a notification to say it's ready for pick up. No hint of where that might be, but looking at their website the closest is a 2 hour drive away. Customer service is non existent. A sequence of failures.

I ordered something on 11August and the item has sat in their Brisbane depot for 6 days and still hasn't been delivered. There isn't a contact number and it takes them 48 hours to get back to you via email with a "sorry, we will look into it' response.
