AVOID

Have had a parcel sitting at Depot for a week, no movement. Contacted them to follow up and received a generic response saying they were looking into it and check their site for updates. If I wasn't already doing that, how do they think I know it's been sitting there for a week? Customer service non existent.

Dropped my parcel outside my door on a busy street with public access. Parcel stolen. Absolutely no recourse from them or from SHEIN regarding the matter. Apparently it’s my fault. Claiming ATL and it’s been signed for but neither of these things true. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Long delays or just lost my package..

Held my package in Sydney for the last 5 days with no updates, contacted support who claim they don't have it even though the tracking shows they do, any other service gets here the next day from that location but this company seems clueless, do not recommend, guessing the most likely issue is they have lost it

Always late

Honestly, as soon as I see PFL is the delivery agent on my Temu order I know there’s gonna be issues and delays, (out for delivery could be 3hrs or 3days) I actually got a reply from them once telling me that I was “too far” from their Brisbane warehouse (I’m on the GC) so why accept packages bound for the GC if it’s “too far”? … the only positive is I do still eventually get my packages, but also a full refund +$5 from Temu.

I’ve recently learned that you can blacklist couriers on Temu via the support chat, it’s not 100% but they make PFL the last resort.

I am waiting for an parcel from USA at present the last tracking update was 5th November in Melbourne, it is now 12th Nov, parcel is in limbo it is pet food which I need urgently, today I emailed them about my parcel, I did get a phone number for them ph: 02 93163200

Do not use

Do not use. They are the reason that i am no longer using eBay. Every single delivery from them has had issues, including one delivery which took three weeks to get a parcel 10km across Sydney.

Worst shipping company ever

This is the worst shipping company you can ever go through. Their tracking is a load of 💩 they keep your package for longer then needed mines been sitting in Sydney for 4 days doing nothing, they're communication is none. When your expecting a delivery from them expect it on the last expected day and midnight and also dont expect for them to knock on your door or mark it as delivered they will just leave it outside over night for anyone to steal mine is still marked as on board and this morning I checked to see if it was out there and the idiots must have left it out there overnight like if you can go through any other courier company

Beyond pathetic

My package HAS been & STILL IS sitting in Brisbane since Monday 27th.
I'm ONLY on the Gold Coast 🤦🏼‍♀️
7days to get an hr down the M1 is beyond pathetic.
I did thank them for the refund & credit from Temu 👍🏼 lol

No parcel delivered
I tracked parcel and they alleged parcel was delivered.
They do not provide a photo to prove they delivered because they don't deliver. This is one of many dodgy parcel delivery businesses, sadly.

What in the scammmmmm

If you see your package is being sent by this lot… just kiss it goodbye, you ain’t getting it. My package has sat in their warehouse for near 2 weeks with no updates and no emails back. What a scam. AVOIDDDDDD

Shit couriers

Shit couriers , left parcel on driveway near foot path and torn open, they didn’t even try to place near front door. The item was a medium sized cardboard box, very disappointed with this company. How can they still be in business?

What a mess.

What a mess.. parcel went MIA on tracking for nearly 2 weeks. Emailed courier, was told it was in transit. Then nothing for another week, even following 2 more emails. Then I get a notification to say it's ready for pick up. No hint of where that might be, but looking at their website the closest is a 2 hour drive away. Customer service is non existent. A sequence of failures.

If you're not going to deliver parcels, then don't bother leaving people those stupid pieces of paper on our doors! Just send us an email telling us that our parcel is ready for pick-up at our post office!

Do not use this company.
I ordered something on 11August and the item has sat in their Brisbane depot for 6 days and still hasn't been delivered. There isn't a contact number and it takes them 48 hours to get back to you via email with a "sorry, we will look into it' response.

I LIVE LESS THAN 2 HOURS FROM THEIR BRISBANE DEPOT, AND YET I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 2 WEEKS NOW FOR MY PARCEL TO BE DELIVERED. IT HAS BEEN SITTING IN BRISBANE SINCE THE 31ST JULY - TODAY IS THE 13TH AUGUST! I SENT THEM AN EMAIL 2 DAYS AGO, BUT JUST GOT THE STOCK STANDARD REPLY THAT THEY WILL PRIORITISE MY CASE BLAH, BLAH BLAH.. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME I HAVE HAD SOMETHING I HAVE PURCHASED SENT VIA THIS COMPANY AND SURPRISE, SURPRISE IT IS THE THIRD ITEM THAT HAS TAKEN FOREVER TO BE DELIVERED. THEY DO NOT GIVE A SH!T.
