I toyed between giving a 1 star or a 2 star rating. Yes, it’s a scam, but I should have been more attentive. And, to be fair, they refunded my money within 48 hours of my contacting them. So I’ve gone... See more

I have tried endless times to contact this company regarding my dogs microchip. There is no phone number and the emails come back to me saying undelivered, there was a problem with this address, I have filled in the contact forms and no one gets back to me. Unable to contact them. Avoid them, don’t think they are legit!
Fraudulently get information for…
Fraudulently get information for Microchip, charge £17 for change of registration then register with free microchip company but then does not link up with other Microchip Registration Companies.
Microchip then shows as having no details.
Total thieves.
Do not touch. Scum of the earth.
Total scam take your money and don't…
Total scam take your money and don't register your dog. Don't respond to emails. Just shocking. Don't touch them with a barge pole
Avoid this company
Avoid this company!
They are not defra compliant so in my local area the chip still showed up as unregistered and the level of customer service received trying to sort this out was appalling. You would wait 7 days for a response to an email and then get no call at all when they schedule an appointment to call you. In the end I registered my pet elsewhere and am yet to get my money back from this company who now ignore my emails! For the same money you can register with one of the 15 defra compliant companies, avoid this one completely as its a complete waste of your money and no help at all if your dog does go missing! Even the number they give out to call isn't right, completely useless!
