Just fantastic
I completed my implanter training with PetScanner last year and they were fantastic. The course was put together really well and the assessor was a lovely chap who really put me at ease. The online support I have received from them has been invaluable. I have continued to use them for my supplies and have not been let down by their service. I will continue to use them for all future purchases.

Since I updated the app nothing works
Since I updated the app, my cable connected scanner no longer works. The app keeps saying "connect scanner" and update "location service permissions " absolutely useless.

Downloaded the app
Downloaded the app, intending to buy one of the scanning tools. They were not in stock and haven't been for six months. I cannot see the point of keeping the app now. Its dead in the water. I was going to use them for microchips but I cannot have suppy problems.

Whilst it is unfortunate we are still out of stock, we are making necessary improvements with the scanner to increase the range and eliminate the need for certain components which have long lead times.
In regards to our microchips, these are always in stock so you won't have to worry about that with us.

This course was Really good, on both parts I really learnt a lot and found it very helpful and easy to learn information , my trainer Martyn
Was very nice and made the process very easy to pick up in the practical as I was nervous micro chipping a pet for the first time. Would recommend highly very professional.
