I've used this for years, but now AVOID!
I've used this for years, bit now I've changed my phone and ordered a cable to convert the micro usb on my scanner. I've found that most of the website is unobtainable and that recent reviews complain of the same. Why take my money for a product that you know doesn't work? I am now going with a different scanner company and would advise anyone looking to do the same!

beware!
I rehomed my dog last October and bought a certificate through my paypal account.
I was advised by paypal that a charge of ££2.99had been made to my account for Petscanner but as I had moved Lolas details to another scan company this charge should not apply. To stop this happening again I cancelled my paypal account but somehow they are still charging my card! I have now been on to my bank to block this company but as I have never given them direct permission to use my card, only through paypal, as my paypal account has been cancelled, how can they still take money direct from my account?/!!

Also, PetScanner do not store/hold any card details, this is all done through PayPal. They can cancel your subscription or we can do it following a request. We can confirm we have cancelled it from your first email request earlier today.
