Pets4Homes was great for finding for my new pet. The website was easy to search and get in touch with the owner to arrange a visit. Paying via the website was easy too and the payment released immediately to the owner after I confirmed collection. All made very easy and the interim insurance is helpful and gives a bit of breathing space to arrange things. All in all very positive experience and would definitely use again.

Easy to use and helpful advice from finding to buying your puppy, then followed by downloading the app. The app is easy to use with online shopping and more helpful advice for first time pet owners. Friendly, knowledgeable staff in store, always willing to assist. Altogether made getting our puppy a while lot easier and stress free. Would now recommend to others

Seamless, fast and comprehensive on all realms. This made the process quick and easy to pick a kitten for its forever home. The money plan and guarantee gave much needed assurance during a process as nerve wracking as bringing a pet in. Additionally the ability to look at profiles and see reviews was a big help.

After going on pets4home I immediately found the perfect kitten for me. The seller kept me updated whilst I waited to collect her which was lovely. I recently purchased a kitten through Pets4Homes and I have to compliment their team for all of their help during the whole purchasing experience. I contacted someone selling a puppy, which turned out to be a scam.
Very unimpressed with the lack of help from Pets4Homes; no way to talk to someone!!!
It took over 2 days for the advert to be removed, which had been live for weeks.
I wonder how many people were scammed!!!!

After receiving g a phone call from wai she has been amazing and happy to help and it’s good to know that p4h are intrested im our opinion as breeders .

If you want to contact someone you are obligated to give your bank details.
Witch is big NO from me I'm not happy for them or some third party to store my bank details.

I was super excited to get my puppy and put aside £1,600 to get her. As soon as I went to the reservation pay, Pets4Home wanted to charge an extra £150 for “protection”. When I looked further into this, it covers NOTHING and is basically just a giant scam. Very very disappointing.

Easy to navigate, contact sellers and pay.

Pets4Homes made the process of getting our new puppy much less daunting. I felt that they were there should anything go wrong too (it didn't I'm pleased to say). They gave me confidence that the breeder was caring and ethical in the way they conducted themselves which obviously gave me confidence when doing business with them. The payment was held by Pets4Homes until we had collected our new family member and let them know that we were completely happy with proceedings. The process from seeing the advert to taking our puppy home was very efficient and I felt that the risks had been minimised. I can't think of a better way of getting a pet.

My experience with Pets4Homes has been easy, trusting and helpful. Being able to deal with payments, deposits and communication with sellers has been safe and easy. It's my first time buying a puppy and I was very sceptical about paying etc incase I got scammed but its been a breeze, knowing my money is safe until final collection.

Website is so easy to use! found out perfect kitty and the same day went and picked her up. Communication with seller was straight forward as well as the payment. I feel so secure buying our kitten on here rather than anywhere else. Overall very happy!! Well definitely recommended.
