Swift payment
I hadn’t experienced Pet Protect before insuring our cat so took a chance that they would be true to their reviews.
Hands down they’ve been the most prompt and simple insurers to deal with. No quibble, no fuss, rapid payment direct to the vet. Not sure what the claim will do to premiums but so far we are very pleased with their service.

Pet protect have been wonderful
Pet protect have been wonderful, professional and always keep you in the loop so you know what’s going on.insurance claims always paid without any problems.my dog Rogue was my world and sadly after 6 wonderful years Rogue had to be put to sleep, pet protect was fantastic and very supportive there email they sent me for my loss was very nice and really meant a lot.thanks pet protect for looking after us.

When one of our dogs needed surgery
When one of our dogs needed surgery to remove a suspicious lump our vet was able to submit a costing and get it pre-approved before we went ahead so we knew what was covered and how much we needed to pay ourselves. This was done quickly and we were able to proceed without delay. Pet Protect paid the balance directly to the vet so we only had to pay our share at the time of the operation.

My pug has been with Pet Protect for 12…
My pug has been with Pet Protect for 12 years. During that time she has had ongoing problems with her ears and skin allergies.Pet Protect have paid claims within a short period.They have also paid claims for medications bought on line
with a Vet prescription. I have to admit though that due to her age premiums are now high. However this seems to be the case with all insurers.

A great product with an easy to use website and also the ability to speak to real people.
They never quibbled with any of our claims and we're kind and respectful when we lost our beloved dog. Would highly recommend.

A good company and pay without any problems until your pet gets old and then the price just keeps increasing until it's not worth keeping the life long insurance due to paying more than the vets fees are likely to cost you.

Been with Pet Protect for the whole of dogs life. Unnfortunetly the only complaint I have was the renewal price. The only way I could the insurance cheaper with the same company was to cancel the renewal and take out a new policy, chatbot was not open to negotiation and I couldn't speak to a human.
