Very comfortable but you won’t wear them out. They fell apart with stitching becoming undone after only a few weeks! Very disappointed.

The inside heal part of the boot came apart ,! So when you try and take them off you really struggle,,,also they stink ,cheap rubbish
Abysmal standard of customer service
Jinxed!
Initially ordered a pair of gents Peter Storm shorts online from Go Outdoors. Email advised they were out of stock.
On 27.06.23 I ordered another pair direct from Peter Storm. Money was taken from my account. When I subsequently attempted to 'Track my order' via their website, it didn't work! Having heard nothing, I used their customer enquiry form - no response!
I emailed them, twice - no response!
25.07.23 I found a customer order phone line and managed to speak to an agent. He apologised but said the order had been cancelled. He would refund the money!
Customer service is clearly non-existent, about like their shorts it seems!

Went hiking up Mount Helvellyn had to go through waterfalls, muddy fields and hike up this mountain in the rain while my feet were soaking wet through.. i thought these boots we're 'waterproof'!. Absolutely wasted my money 😡
You will not wear out Peter Storm footwear. They will fall apart first
Peter storm walking shoes comfortable but stitching failed and let in water. Sandals fell apart. Both items still had plenty of wear left in them. One star is generous

Peter Storm boots (Caldbeck) lasted less than six months - seams came apart and leaked and the the soles disintegrated - terrible purchase!

Shrinking Fleece.
Just washed as per instructions a Peter Storm Fleece bought recently from go outdoors. Bought as large, now small. Complete rubbish. Arms shrunk by 5 inches. Last Peter Storm product I will buy. Going back.
I bought woman peter storm wellington…
I bought woman peter storm wellington boots on 12th January and already got hole in sole so was disappointed.
Total waste of money
Might as well have stuck with cheap sports direct boots.
First off the insoles slipped, both of them. I looked back at reviews of them and it's common.
Then the back of the soles started to come apart on one of them.
The waterproofness has always been a bit suspect bit now they might as well be a cullender. I wore them earlier on a damp field and both my socks were sodden.
Don't buy Peter Storm stuff.
Peter Storm walking boots
I purchased a pair of women's Arnside walking boots which developed a split that I found 4 days after the 12 months warranty had elapsed. They cost £80, have not been heavily used and have been kept clean after use, but they clearly aren't up to the job they're sold for - steer clear and spend your money on an alternative product. As a postscript, both the retailer and Peter Storm stuck to the 12 months rigidly in spite of the marginal time frame, no flexibility for partial refund/gesture of goodwill from customer service.
Peter Storm Mid Filey walking boots
Bought men’s walking boots Mid Filey in October 22, in under 3 months of lightweight walking on pavements and paths the boots have started to fall apart, gap between the upper and sole, wish I had read Trustpilot reviews beforehand, utter rubbish, terrible quality, same can be said for Peter Storm Westward sandals which after two weeks easy wear on holiday the stitching around the velcro strap has split so they are now of no use at all - boots and sandals destined for the bin, do not buy Peter Storm footwear - it is rubbish quality
Impressed. Great value and fit for purpose.
Bought a Peter Storm quilted jacket from Milllets for 3 pounds more than a really crap one I got from Asda a year ago. I paid 22 quid for the PS jacket and it is honestly fit for purpose. I've layered it with a thin camo top over it and it creates a perfectly warm insulated under layer for less than the price of 4 pints. I'm very impressed with the quality and will be exploring their other products.

Purchased the purple cosy gilet with white fur lining. It got damp once since November 21. The purple ran onto the white lining - washed it 20 degrees with colour catchers in the wash. Guess what. The fur is now pink. This was sold as shower proof as well??? The store says as I bought it over a year ago - 14 months. No refund and can’t exchange as they don’t have my size any more in the shop —- GoOutdoors
Dont buy peter storm boots
Bought these boots from millets 18 months ago and on both boots the upper fabric has pulled away from the sole rendering them useless
Peter storm lindale waterproof walking shoes
I bought Peter storm lindale waterproof walking shoes this summer from Miller, used for few months. The stitches on the leather has break and make holes that pass the water thorugh it. I will not recommend this shoes to anyone as it cost alot and I was expecting to last longer not few month.
Very Poor Quality
I bought a “quality” pair of walking boots in the summer and the sole has completely come away from the rest of the shoe on one of the boots. Considering I only wear them for dog walks and I’ve only had them for a few months this is really disappointing and poor quality, especially as I paid £80 for the boots. I would expect them to have some durability, however, these were awful. Definitely avoid.
Jacket won't survive washing!!
I had a rain jacket for about a year but only used as emergency backup so only needed to wash and reproof now. I used Nikwax tech wash and proofer, followed all instructions and checked care label, washed on delicate 20C. And yet, the jacket practically DISINTEGRATED!!
The seams slipped out and the stitching came loose, and on the inside the waterproof coating literally peels off like clingfilm. Absolutely unacceptable even for a budget brand. And the Mountain Warehouse jacket I washed it with is perfectly fine.
I contacted their customer service who said if I don't have the receipt then they can't do anything. Not even investigate an obvious quality issue. So maybe this is normal for them? 🤔
I would never buy anything Peter Storm again 👎👎👎
Usual size 4 trainers little too big
The shoes was comfortable and waterproof which is really important to me, but the longer l wear it. It is a little lose for the usual shoe size l go for between sizes 3.5 and 4 but as Peter Storm brands dont have half sizes l therefore bought the usual size 4.
One afternoon l was walking and the shoes flew out off my foot no matter how tight l tie the shoe laces or thicker socks doesn't help either..

Bought a pair of softshell trousers for hiking. Trousers are great but the belt snap buckle is absolutely useless
The belt does not stay done up tight when you pull it tight and comes loose straight away. My friend has a pair and his the same. Sort it out peter north!
