Delivery problem delivery date 16 th September 2026
Happy as always with your company but. There was an issue with delivery! I had a txt from a neighbour saying she had put the delivery on my front porch - she found it in the middle of the driveway! My delivery instructions were to leave it on my front porch but as per the delivery photo he or she left it outside my garage which is in the driveway around the side of my unit in the actual driveway to all the units! It was a windy day and the wind has blown it onto the actual driveway! Luckily my neighbour saw it! A word to the delivery people would be appreciated- my front porch is quite accessible and appropriate for delivery whereas the parcel was left totally out in the open at the driveway entrance! Thank you!

USELESS "AI" CUSTOMER SERVICE - AVOID!!!!!
They are incredibly frustrating to deal with. Once you get to chat to a human they're great but they have no phone number you can call and to use the chat function means dealing with an AI that sends you around and around in circles. What a waste of my time! If a company can't provide a phone number so I can speak to a human then I'm not interested in buying from them.

Price Beat!
I just wanted to say that my last two times dealing with pet circle have been amazing!
They have price beat for a product sold currently cheaper than theirs.
Twice (2 time over the weekend) I've made connection with them asking if they were willing to price beat and both times yes!
I have to buy specific sensitive gut kibble for my dog and it's not cheap. But within a few minutes text msging, I was given $40+ dollars off my order, beating any other company, including their own!
I don't review much but couldn't go without saying how awesome this company is! Thank you!!

Shopping with Pet Circle is very quick…
Shopping with Pet Circle is very quick and easy, the website is great to work with, the delivery drivers are a nightmare and refuse to close gates ( that were closed when they got their) ( this has happened 4 times) not to mention other times when the delivery has been left just inside the gate and once even left on the outside ( yes in the council nature strip) even though the delivery instructions clearly state, leave all deliveries on front veranda.
If the delivery drivers keep refusing to close gates, I may have to stop using this service..

Delivery service was poor
Delivery service was poor. My address clearly states delivery to LEVEL 8, but my parcel was left in the foyer of a commercial office building...it could have been collected by anyone passing by.
