Great Package, Excellent Usage Guidance
Good information on site to outline what the package did and how to use it. Delivered on time, with very good guidance notes on each product. Early days but has done the job very well, just hope the products prevent the little wotsits from making a comeback

Rat poison.
I've used this company several times now and never had any problems. Ordering online is easy and delivery is always when it should be.
My property backs onto open fields and I also have bird feeders so rats can be a problem. There product solves the problem. Definitely recommend the company and their product.

Only one spray nozzle supplied
I bought two large containers of moth spray at more than £30 each. The website shows one container accompanied by a spray nozzle. However, if you buy two containers you still only get one nozzle. I contacted Customer Services and they pointed out that this is stated on the website - that's true, but not in a very prominent position. And the photo is misleading. And to withhold a plastic nozzle from a total sale of more than £60 is just mean.
