Placed a large ish order for bamboo support canes with longacres online with delivery 3 days later…
Unfortunately the order took 4 weeks to finally fulfil as they had supplier issues
But, their customer service was outstanding in this issue…they constantly emailed me to let me know approximate time frames….they offered me a refund….they offered me alternatives and they sent a partial order when that’s all they had at 5he time
Customer service was very very good…..I chose to wait for my order but longacres could not have done enough or offered enough solutions
