The team have been helping me so much and I appreciate everything they're doing for me. They go the extra mile to make sure that people are getting the help they need. The coaching sessions have improved my confidence greatly and has improved my talking and communication skills. I am definitely more confident now speaking to people. Couldn't ask for a nicer,more organised and friendly group of people to help me in my journey to finding my future husband.

I have been with Naseem baji and personal match for a while now, she takes time to get to know her clients and I’ve found the coaching sessions invaluable, it has helped me refocus my conversations which has been really encouraging. I’ve generally met matches that meet my criteria and have all been professional, polite and friendly and where I’ve felt there’s something missing I’ve been able to communicate this openly and it has been taken on board.

I have been with Naseem and her team for a while. I can honestly say that they have been brilliant and professional and offering endless support throughout. I would definitely recommend there services to anyone looking for a potential partner.

I’ve been with personal match for the last two months and am happy with the service. The team are very approachable and it’s easy to book an appointment when needed. I also feel like they want the best for me and are genuinely trying to match me with someone who they think is compatible. I would 100% recommend this service to others.

I have used PM services and have felt the potentials I have been introduced to have been well considered for suitability. I haven't yet had success but I am hopeful. I am in my 30s and don't enjoy using online platforms to meet potentials and I like the fact that individuals have been pre-sifted/vetted and have experienced professionalism and care from Naseem, Lubna and Nadia. I also had a recent coaching session with Nadia ahead of a re-meet which was helpful and well pitched in terms of supporting preparation. Matchmaking is a murky world, do consider what is right for you in terms of matchmaking service including costs etc, however so far the potentials that I met through PM have been considered and I have appreciated a third party doing the matchmaking for me to find a suitable life partner/husband.

Its tough meeting likeminded people day to day and swiping through endless people on Muzmatch is disheartening. Naseem is great, I met with pre-vetted professionals who were all very respectful and decent. She understood my requirements and the meets felt very private and islamically appropriate.

I am having personal coaching with Naseem. It’s been a lovely experience and I really feel I have come a long way! No matter where you are in life, there is always room for improvement. It’s about being the best version of yourself you can be! Naseem is very understanding and I really connected with her from the start.

I have been receiving coaching since the end of December with Naseem and have found the experience extremely calming and have found that our coaching sessions have built an inner strength in me which I lacked prior to my coaching sessions. I have been with PM since November 2020 and I am really grateful for all the support Naseem has given me to date. The coaching calls have been professional from the get-go and the more recent sessions have really helped me to figure out what I am looking for in a partner. The girls I have met on Zoom so far have been carefully chosen based on my initial conversations with Naseem. This is a big step and it's really important to trust the process, even if you're leaving it in the hands of Naseem, Nadia and Lubna. I trust they will continue to support me in this journey and I look forward to my next chapter unfolding just the way I want. I finally see a light at the end of this tunnel and something good coming out of this pandemic!

Been on this service for a short while and what I can say as a user is that the team are fantastic. It feels like you are truly being looked after by people who actually care and are there for you in what is a very difficult journey in this day and age.

Naseem has been amazing, and gives a truly holistic service. I feel safe in the knowledge that she has my interests at heart.

I've been using the service since April 2020. I think Naseem works really hard to run coaching and matching services especially given everything going on with Covid-19. It's about half the price, if not cheaper, of conventional matchmakers and I know because I have looked. She does offer a personalised service and genuinely wants to help. I think you should have a conversation with her and be very honest about what you are looking for and decide if it is for you.

I have been looking to get married for a really long time but wasn't having success online. I used one of her tips and I was able to build a connection with an online guy really quickly - I've never been able to do that! I found out we wanted different things in the phone-call so I wished him well, but I'm so excited to use this new-found information to build meaningful connections.

She offers coaching and/or a personalised matchmaking service. I would say check it out and if you think it's not for you then you have lost nothing. For me, it was one of the best decisions I have made and I am grateful to her for her help. She and Nadia and their team have always been available for me and I thoroughly recommend them.

Alhamdulilah I have had 3 coaching sessions so far with Naseem and am finding it very helpful thus far. I feel Naseem aunty really and genuinely cares about finding out about myself and what I am looking for. From the very onset she has been extremely warm and kindhearted and I definitely feel I can open up to her and hopefully I have full faith inshallah that with her coaching, guidance and expertise, I can gain a confidence and learn a lot from this experience

UPDATE: PMUK didn’t like my review so they flagged my post as “fake” but trustpilot ultimately said it was genuine. Sad how they are trying to just leave the good reviews up and delete the poor experiences.

Pure and simply this is a scam at best. The idea is to prey on vulnerable girls / women and coax them into paying anywhere in the region of 500-100 pounds in the false promise of finding a match.

One major problem... what if your database is 90% women? The likelihood of you finding a match is practically impossible. A family member went with Naseem and had a horrible experience to say the least. They paid the 499 fee, and were only shown 5 guys of which none where what they asked for or met the limited criteria that was asked.

In response Naseem said they needed to upgrade to the higher package to see more suiters. Ultimately they didn’t proceed given the bad experience they had and the fact they lost money for nothing. Furthermore, Naseem was rude, insulting and demeaning. “Don’t be so picky” “spend more you get more”.

This is some of the experiences that have been had with this service and also friends of the family. It is a known secret that this is a boarder line scam within many friends circles and an ongoing joke of what they do.

I understand that you may be desperate to find a partner but there are better ways to go about it than using Personal Match UK. Save yourself the the money and try a diff app or site.

Talk to your friends and read the reviews and you will soon learn about this boarderline scam of a company that entices girls and their families to fork out hundreds if not thousands of pounds for a service that lacks quality.

If you do your research you will find there are a ton of positive fake reviews, fake photos of supposed matches.

One thing PMUK are good at is their online presence and marketing. Don’t be fooled by the videos, IG posts, pictures. Talk to girls out there and do some research and you will find that this is not a company you want to work with.

Naseem and Personal Match have found a niche targeting vulnerable girls and women so please don’t fall into that trap.

Not the type of reply I expect, littered with misinformation.

Who said anything about a sister using your service? I just said family member. Could be a sister, cousin, aunt, niece etc.

Attention to detail is important something that is lacking on a “premium” service. Let’s talk about “premium”, it’s subjective, what you may seem as premium maybe different from what others see as premium.

When you use the word “premium” the majority of people ass late cost. So on that case, yes indeed your cost is a premium but your service is not premium for the reasons I have mentioned above.

While you make your case as to the difference between you and other competitors realize that your competitors make the same distinction between them and you.

You have a niche and your business model is unique, (coaxing vulnerable families to fork out for a overpaid service). You know that the muslim community does not take the time to write reviews or complain on online forums. All I ask is for everyone to do their Own research and ask around about the experience they have had with Personal Match. If they come across more than 2 good experiences then great, but if you come across more than 2 negative experiences then think again.

Like I mentioned in my previous comment, A big change is needed in the attitude of Naseem as several girls that I know have stated she is rude and condescending. That she is just after the money to sign up.

From my experience this is a 0/5 rating easily.

AS. I've been with PMUK a little over a month now, and am genuinely happy with the results so far. I'd had mixed results in the past with matrimonial services, they were generally run pretty unprofessionally, and often a bit of a free-for-all. I just want to meet a nice woman, and get to know her, and figure out if we're compatible, without a million people getting involved. And parents jumping in too early could be tricky, and sometimes a little bit awkward.

Thankfully thats not been the case this time around. The service is both professionally, and efficient, taking a no nonsense approach to getting things done. I've mostly been working with Sister Naseem, and Sister Lubna, who are both friendly, approachable, and have a very good instincts for people needs. I've gotten great coaching and advice from them both, having learnt stuff I've never considered before. Such as how to behave, and how to communicate in an open, and honest way thats not too overpowering to a woman. I now don't rush into conversations with the big questions, and instead let it it flow, and for our characters to each reveal themselves in a low-pressure and pleasant way. I also now have more realistic expectations of who I'll meet, and they've help me focus on whats really important to me in a potential wife.

I'm glad to say literally the first girl I met on the service, I've spoken to 3 times over zoom, each time has gotten better than the last, and allhumdulliah, we have enough mutual respect, interest and attraction to each other to take it to the next step. I have high hopes inshallah. And if that doesn't work out, I have met other great women the service too, so I'm comfortable things will work out either way inshallah.

I've recommended the service to my single friends already. This normally potentially stressful process, has actually worked out really well, and through Sisters Naseems guidance and support, has even been quite fun! I'm learning so much in the process, and have definitely become more upbeat and positive as a person in general, as the service really encourages that in all of the people it works with.

In all honesty, I haven't met a Woman on the service who I didn't find intelligent, interesting and potentially a good partner in life. So the quality of potential matches is there for sure, and I'm guessing it's a result of the PMUKs screening process at the beginning.

I don't know what the future will bring, but allhumdulliah, I trust in this process, and its results, and inshallah, I'll be eating cake at my own wedding some time in the near future!!!

The team continues to show an exceptional level of organisation and excellent communication in arranging meets to introduce potential matches in a safe space and I feel they consistently have high quality matches. The virtual platform they continue to use through covid has been fantastic in order for people to have the opportunity to meet people. I have every faith that Naseem and Nadia will Help me find ‘the one’ inshaAllah.

In these testing times, PMUK has done very well to keep things running. Alhamdulillah, they are providing a platform which will help many of us get married. Having meetings on Zoom has worked out well as the meets are held frequently and geographical location is not an issue. JazakAllah Khair for all your hard work.

Professional and respectful service, all the people I have had meetings with have been lovely. I think the platform gives everyone a fair chance to be seen as just another person even if that person is not the match for you...which is a change from other services I have come across.
