So far I have had coaching sessions with Naseem and I have found them useful. The sessions involve ensuring that you have the right mindset to start meeting people seriously, and I have also had tips on how to make a first good impression, which has been particularly useful for me as I have little experience with meeting people. I have not had any matches yet as I am working on building my confidence however I hope that the people I meet have similar values to myself.

Professional, Intuitive and supportive!

This has to be the first choice if you are looking to seriously get married the Islamic way. Sister Naseem and her team are fantastic always keeping me updated on matches working really hard behind the scenes in my experience. I tried the apps and go no further in years being with personal match a couple of months I've experienced nothing but exceptional service.

From the moment I joined I have been happy with the service so far. This is due to a few reasons. Naseem communicates very well and is professional about her business. There is a formal process involved so that you know her business is treated professionally and not as a side job. Naseem keeps records of meetings and feedback so all points are noted for future purposes. She is in no way pushy about price or joining. Yes means yes and no means no, no grey areas at all.

Personal Match UK team communicate with all clients personally before taking them on, we go through a discovery call to make sure there is compatibility . That’s so you know that who you are meeting there is no hidden agenda. All members of staff are friendly, bubbly and approachable, so you feel comfortable discussing and bringing up topics/points. There is no stress or headache because personal match take that in themselves, the only decision you have to make is whether you are interested in a meeting ( potential partner ) or not.

All meets are planned in a reasonable time scale and you are informed in good time. The choice for a re- meeting location has been agreed upon, so you can be relaxed in a comfortable environment. As soon as you sign up your meetings process starts swiftly so you know you haven’t been forgotten about, you are in the system and they are helping you.

Even though personal match uk help you decide who you meet you never feel like you don’t have control. As long as you keep letting the team know how you feel and why something works or does not work. They can continue with setting up meetings with people that are best suited for you. Communication is key for this service to work because without if the service for you won’t be as effective. Although meetings are only a few days out of the month, there is flexibility as to which date you can attend. You are given a choice out of 2 or 3 days.”

Total Scam, please be aware this whole service is a scam run by a mother (naseem) and daughter (Nadia).

I have personally used this service in the last 3 months, they charged me over £800. This is a 💯 genuine and sincere review to protect others from being ripped off or becoming a victim of this scam.

They have no intention of you meeting your matches or ever reaching a situation where you can exchange details and communicate with each other, they control everything and lie throughout the process!

It’s a total scam
Strongly advice you not to use this service as they will just take your money, they force people to do reviews at early stages to make themselves look ok at a point when you haven’t even received any service or met any matches, you’ll notice a lot of the review around the initial coaching and conversations naseem has with people which doesn’t lead to you meeting any matches as it’s all a scam set up to make money!!

This service needs to be reported for investigation. You’ll find the same feedback and reviews on Facebook and trust mamma. Scarey what’s going on and how they haven’t been done for fraud yet!!

My review tends to agree with some of the others on here. I don't want to badmouth anyone but I was really unhappy with what I paid for and the lack of clarity from the start.

If you're going to pay for a service, the least you can expect is transparency but I wasn't told what I was actually getting for my money. It ended up being a coaching session - which I didn't really want - which involved a video call where I read their slides.... aloud. It's as strange as it sounds! Then I told them my preferences, so basically I spent money on reading out tips on personal improvement and telling someone what I want in a marriage. Completely unnecessary and I felt really cheated.

I told the sister that as a customer this wasn't good enough, their website didn't describe this process and there was no mention of pricing. These things are vital and basic so I should have trusted my first instinct that something wasn't right and this service wasn't for me.

Considering I spent money telling them my criteria, I felt I was being persuaded to change my criteria right at the beginning. This didn't make sense to me at all, why ask in the first place if you can't meet my very few requirements? I should have been told honestly that they didn't have anyone for me rather than trying to change my mind. The few matches that were provided came with little info and when I asked 3 times how much more this was going to cost, I didn't get an answer. You can't expect someone to fork over more money when they don't know what they're paying for.

I'd suggest much more transparency, just be upfront about prices and how the process works so no one feels cheated. I would hate that genuine people looking to complete their deen are taken advantage of.

In the early stages with the team but super impressed so far - quality matches, a much larger effort than excepted from a kind and friendly team, guidance throughout and an open mind to get you to an appropriate match. Overall, more efficient and feels safer than apps, and relying on fate only! Highly recommended.

Having used this service I have to say, Naseem has been absolutely brilliant. She, and her team, genuinely care about me. The coaching sessions Naseem runs are respectful and I can be open and honest about my experiences with her. Having been through other avenues, online apps, events and a cheaper matching service, I've experienced the hardships of finding someone serious and suitable for me. But the clients who are on the PMUK service are genuine people and makes me hopeful again. This is the biggest decision in my life and I fully trust Naseem with helping me on it

I joined PM UK a few months back and have found the coaching very beneficial. Naseem led the coaching and was very understanding. Her experience in coaching was evident and I would highly recommend coaching with her for those who are considering joining. The matching process is based more authentic methodology and I am happy with the service so far.

She has helped me articulate and express my emotions in a way that helps people understand me much more, something I found really difficult in the past.

Alhamdulillah, following my first few meetings arranged by Bhaji Naseem, I was extremely pleased with the match she found for me. She dedicated so much effort in such a short time for me and made my trip completely worthwhile. From the start the support received has just been amazing! I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a professional company that helps you find the one your most compatible with in such a respectful and halal way. The team are just so loving and just like family which breaks all the nerves anyone may be feeling. The training they give is soo helpful and it makes it so reassuring that we know what we have to say and ask.
