Poor Service
The items were sent to the incorrect address multiple times despite the correct address being used on the purchase order.
I raised this with the Perry customer team and were told that when DHL returned the packages to their depot that I would get a refund. This has still not happened. I purchased two items at the start of June and have not received anything from Perry.
Terrible customer service and they made no effort to contact DHL to resolve the issue (which was their fault). I will not be purchasing from them again.

Awful customer service
I ordered shorts in store to be delivered to my house. 2 weeks later, still nothing. Customer service does not reply to emails, and they don’t answer the phone either. The store tells me it is not their problem. They also said it was a common complaint. I have no tracking number, and no way of contacting anyone! Not acceptable...

We do work with partial delivery, this is mentioned on the invoice the comes with the delivery.
If not all items are available one location, the order will be divided in multiple packages. In this matter it's more certain that all items will be delivered.

Lousy service, Low quality, Long waiting time
Lousy service, lousy quality. A very long waiting time. A vest arrived finally - but with the security attachment still on it.... What can I do with such "decoration"? So everything is returned directly - and I still had to pay for the costs!! One thing is for sure: Me you will not see there again!! Listen to my advise.
