Dont order a suit online if you’re concerned about Exchanging it. I returned a suit jacked April 30th. It’s June 21st and I haven’t received the new size. Poor comms and customer service. Had to get a different suit for the wedding I was attending. (UK)

I recently purchased a Percival white T-shirt with a Guinness logo for my partner. The cotton is excellent quality and the embroidered Guinness bottle makes it a little bit different. He loves it.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I returned one item of a 3-piece suit and requested an exchange — then heard nothing for over a month, despite emailing repeatedly. I was eventually forced to repurchase the item, effectively paying twice, and only received a response when I was about to dispute the charge with my bank. For a retailer at this price point, the total radio silence is unacceptable and unbelievably unprofessional particularly in our day and age where the majority of business is conducted online. The whole experience was unnecessarily stressful. Do not reward this company with your patronage.

Absolutely terrible experience all round. Three separate refunds all returned in mid April and I am still waiting for the funds to be returned. I have emailed Percival customer service with detailed breakdown of order numbers, proof of delivery and amount owed on two separate occassion and have had zero acknowledgement and no response in almost a month.
Customer service do not respond to the email address and there is no other way to contact them despite mentions of their "online chat" which doesn't seem to exist when you try to find it on their website. No way to escalate the complaint either.
Don't spend your money here unless you're willing to wait months to maybe never see your refunds again.

Really conflicted with this brand. Great product, quality and design. I love the items I have ordered! Customer service and returns massively let the company down. I appreciate smaller businesses have longer lead times for returns/responses to queries but my experience with Percival has been extremely poor in this regard. I understand a small business charging for returns given the operational costs. However, charging me for a return and having to wait 4 weeks for a refund is really poor. I finally got a refund of over £200 after sending an email. The person responding was really helpful. I have now waited 4 weeks for an exchange that still hasn't arrived. I emailed a week ago to chase this and still the issue isn't resolved. Someone got back to me two days ago for some additional information and no follow up since.
This is such a shame for a premium brand. The experience and service doesn't match the product. This will impact my decision as a new customer about ordering again!

Brought a suit and exchanged the trousers, it’s now been with them for two weeks and they have not processed the order.
The event is coming up and now I am limbo with half the outfit… It looks like I will have to buy a new outfit for the event as they are not responding to my emails that I sent a week ago…

I returned my order over six weeks ago and am still waiting for my refund. There is no customer service phone number, emails are ignored and getting an update has been impossible.
The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Taking customers’ money is quick enough, but returning it appears to be a completely different story.
I would strongly recommend buying elsewhere, especially if there’s any chance you may need to return an item. Based on my experience, customer service is virtually non-existent.

I cannot fault the quality, style, and design of the clothing offered by Percival. However, the customer service experience, particularly in relation to refunds and exchanges, has been extremely disappointing.
The explanation provided for the delay was that "due to the sale, things are taking slightly longer than normal." Whilst I appreciate that sales periods can create additional demand, my experience has been far beyond what could reasonably be described as a slight delay.
In my case, I requested an exchange and more than seven days have now elapsed since the return was acknowledged. Despite receiving confirmation that the item had been returned, the replacement item has still not been dispatched. This level of delay is unacceptable and falls well below the standard of service I would expect from a premium clothing brand.
I have also attempted to contact customer services via email but have received no meaningful response. The lack of communication has only added to the frustration.
It is disappointing that the quality of the after-sales service does not match the quality of the products themselves. Whilst the clothing is excellent, the exchange and customer support process has left me with a very poor impression of the brand.

Clothing quality is terrible for the price. Looks good online but doesn't look/feel good when you receive it. Some imperfections would be expected from cheaper places but not when you are paying for a 'nice' product.
Had to return the order and I still haven't received a refund over a month after the return being received. No number to call or chat to talk to and they don't reply to emails. If you're going to buy from them make sure you do it on a credit card so you can at least get a chargeback.

Ordered a suit from Percival for my sisters wedding. The suit has not arrived and despite contacting customer services I have received no response. There appears to be no telephone number available for customer support. I am simply trying to find out where my order is and whether it will arrive in time for the wedding. I would be happy to update this review if the issue is resolved. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response regarding my order.

Percival’s marketing machine is very impressive. Great quality products but sadly let down by sub par service. They received my returns two weeks ago, but despite this and several emails from me chasing up, not so much as a peep out of them.
Only since I’ve encountered this problem I’ve become aware that this is not an isolated case……Had I known this ahead of time I wouldn’t have ordered anything.
You can’t charge as much as Percival do for their clothing without providing a service.
Percival…..more like pitiful!
If this goes on another week I’ll be requesting a chargeback on my card.

Horrendous customer service. They are uncontactable and do not deal with returned items. I've had £155 sat with them since march and not heard a peep despite chasing multiple times. I will now be raising a credit card refunded under section 75 and won't be shopping with them again.

Really love Percival’s clothing, which makes this all the more disappointing. Royal Mail left my order outside my front door without knocking — a location I never authorised as a safe place. It was stolen before I could collect it.
I’ve emailed Percival but had no response. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 they are responsible for goods until they reach the customer, so I’m hopeful they’ll do the right thing with a refund or redelivery.
11/06/2026: Received a response to the initial email, but the matter is still unresolved - they went quiet after responding and after I reached back out.
