"Help improve homes and energy efficiency!" has been my favourite project so far - lots of detail, different ways of thinking, ideas to discuss and to try out, one to one Teams discussions as well as tasks to complete - but I always enjoy the research discussions and tests that I'm selected for. The staff take such care to make sure that the pre-selection process gets the right mix of suitable people, and they are really good at guiding your through the process and giving ractical help where needed.

Great research company to work with, clear communication, pays quickly

I took part in a market research study with this company and had a really good experience.
The process was straightforward from start to finish. Screening was quick, instructions were clear, and the session itself was well organized. The researcher Abigail, was professional and respectful of my time. I never felt rushed or pressured, and they explained everything I needed to know upfront.
I would happily participate again and would recommend them to anyone considering joining a study.

I wasn't sure what to expect when signing up but my experience has been really positive. I signed up 1 month ago and have applied for many things and have been offered 3! The first was to use an online service in my own time and provide feedback and that paid me £20 via bank, then I was offered an in person for £50 which I declined as wasn't worth it with cost of travel. Then offered a third in person with a huge well known global brand which I accepted and completed in person and was paid £95 by bank. Both payments made promptly and the team members I've dealt with have been brilliant, particularly a lady called Claire. Have recommended to friends and family.
