First time to order from them. Wanted website address on one side and name of Clinic and logo on other. The name of the clinic can't be read by the human eye! It is so small! Never saw on the proof how small and unreadable it would be on the final product. Not sure how anyone there would even allow that to happen! The Web address is perfect on the other side. When we asked about it basically said they didn't care not their problem. I know as the owner of 3 Clinics and 2 other business' that if I handle my customers this way I would be out of business. I hoping that the owner of this company had no idea of an employee representing the company this way. So I'm writing this in hopes that the owner reaches out to me to come up with a solution.

I did the sample pack of pens and chose what I wanted from those. I have been very satisfied with the pens I received. They write well and the printing is very legible.

Those I've given the pens to like the writing quality & the grip but have found that the clip breaks off easily.

The tricolor pens I ordered were the hit of the office staff. they write well and with the rubber tip for electronic devices gives you a multi purpose tool.

It's the second time that we buy our products from Pensxpress and we absolutely love the service, quality of the products and the price.
