When it comes to staircases, these guys really do know their stuff. The quality of the work and the fitters were very good. Would recommend.

There were a couple of delays with the design team in terms of getting the actual order in place and ready for manufacturing but overall I had a top notch Oak Staircase for our commercial premises manufactured and fully fitted with glass for less than £7,000 where we were being quoted well over £20,000 for a steel staircase.

Excellent service, stairs always fit perfectly, very friendly and helpful staff.

On time, and what I did expect

I ordered a stair handrail on a Friday and it arrived earlier than expected the following monday morning - excellent. The handrail was well wrapped, straight and arrived safely.

Great product and great customer service.

I ordered individual treads to replace old ones. They look amazing and arrived promptly.

Customer service is really helpful as they helped me attach a secondary order i placed the next day, without shipping fee

I have been converting a Barn and acting project manager on my own project. Not having previous experience in selecting a joinery to manufacture and supply the stairs for my property and after contacting a number of companies and comparing the quality of service and materials I decided to go with Pear Stairs. The process was straightforward, the staff were very helpful and patient with me. The manufacturing and delivery dates were far quicker than the other companies. My carpenter was impressed with the build quality and even recommended them to another client. I found that Pear Stairs were well organised, flexible on delivery and overall competitive on price. A job well done without the stress and the stairs turned up on the date given.

Great prices. Fast delivery and materials come well packaged minimising the risk of damage

Over all very good - the reason I didn't give 5 stars were the risers were 3mm proud so the chippy had to cut them all down, but otherwise well priced, good quality and friendly and efficient to deal with.

Exactly what I wanted

The stairs have proved to be better than I expected, both in appearance and ease of fitting. As they can be seen from the whole of downstairs they had to be a feature and they are.
The delivery arrived on time and the driver was helpful. The joiner that fitted them for me was also impressed.
