Worst experience i have done

Worst experience i have done with online exams!
They say to check in 30 minutes before, but they let you wait 1h and just after 1 hour they will ask to you to reschedule!
I wasted 1 h of my time, thank you!

It’s beyond me that a company like this…

It’s beyond me that a company like this could be used by Microsoft for its exam certification! Ugly, unstructured, weak and misleading information, confusion throughout the process. And of course, an added stress for someone who is already stressed to take the exam. Bad Indian accent, rude customer service, and complete disregard to exam taker at a critical testing point! I actually think that Microsoft should be blamed for this as they have to quality ensure partners, and here they fully delegate the responsibility of certification to a company rated 1 star, only because there’s nothing less than one star to give, like ZERO. Microsoft should immediately take care of this and settle people’s claims. You can not be a prominent company that cooperate with thieves and less than desirable partners.

Horrible proctors

Horrible proctors. They give you super early time for the exam like 8am and mad at me because I am leaning against my chair because I am genuinely was half sleepy during the exam. The proctors like to power trip and dishonest. The customer service is horrible they were unnecessarily raising their voice. Worst software to ever exist. Worst people culture ever. Dishonest company.

Very bad

Very bad - during the exam I've got a 5 min warning the exam will finish. But to my surprise, the 5 min warning box did not close, waisting my remaining time, and had 2 questions left to answer. The agent behind did not help me within the 5 min remaining, thus screen froze.Even when relaunch the exam as per agent guidance, I have waiting for 2 hours to for my exam to resume. I have the feeling I will be still waiting. Surprised Microsoft is still using them since the service is so bad. The agents I have called to help me restart my exam were outside, limited English and not helpful at all.

If I could give them a zero stars I…

If I could give them a zero stars I would. The software is buggy, the proctor validation is absolutely horrible and customer service is terrible with very limited English comprehension. I attempted to log in a good hour prior to testing, knowing from my previous experiences that it would take more than the suggested 30 minutes to get through their hurdles. The software fails to execute, and the validation process is goofy. Mind you, I'm using a brand new Windows 11 computer that runs beautifully. The combination of the website and buggy software is horrible.

Absolute Shambles

We are demented trying to chase down a new starter's certificate. It's like asking for the moon. I have all information but nobody can help. Comms are not joined up, teams are unhelpful and this is not helping the new starter's confidence.

I would give zero stars if I could. Absolute shambles from start to finish. Microsoft use them as their exam facilitator, which is mental at the Pearson Vue UI looks like it was designed in the 80s and was incredibly difficult to navigate. The customer service is as bad as literally smashing your face into a brick wall. All the companies that use Pearson Vue please stop! They are a disgrace to the industry.

How are they even profitable!!

Zero operational excellence . Not sure if they only have a handful of associates or if they are all working. Long hours waiting for someone to pick up the phone. When they do, they have no idea what they are doing. I was give the run around calling 5 different numbers the associates indicated could solve my problem. After a week (yes a whole week) I got to the right person and when it came time to pay, they payments department made us wait for an additional hour!! To add insult to injury, my selected date was gone!!!!The problem is that this company has no competition (or none that is available in my area), so they know you HAVE to go through them. Through in some competitor that is actually competent and see they improve

UNTRUSTWORTHY

Do NOT use them! UNTRUSTWORTHY!
They make it extremely difficult to terminate the account . They will continue charging your account even after calling them to end your subscription. They inform you that you must login to your account in order to cancel even if you’ve never used their site to make payment. You may not have a way to login!

Pearson Vue seems to be a monopoly…

Pearson Vue seems to be a monopoly which is why they can get away with such terrible customer service.

Edit: I just want to say most of the customer's issues regarding payment could be solved if they used a better payment processor, and allowing different payment methods such as using Google Pay, Paypal, Apple pay etc as their payment processor doesn't accept some cards for some weird reason.

Extremely disappointing customer…

Extremely disappointing customer service experience.

Despite investing thousands of dollars in Pearson certification vouchers, I found myself caught between Mindhub, APAC Support, EXOSH, and other case-handling teams, with no clear ownership of the issue.

Emails went unanswered, cases were repeatedly forwarded between departments, and obtaining a meaningful response required continuous follow-ups.

For a global organization like Pearson, customers deserve accountability, transparency, and timely communication—not a cycle of redirects and delays.

I hope Pearson seriously reviews the performance of its support and escalation teams.

Booked for my wife to test A2 english…

Booked for my wife to test A2 english exam spent 2 and a half hours driving there, got there half an hour before the test couldn't get anyone to open the front door kept pressing the bell about 10 minutes later a guy from a different office let us in.
Had to que to get in line for the test and then turned away because the 3rd party I booked though didn't include my wife's middle name.
Now we had my wife's passport, contract of her employment, letter from her doctor, letters from her bank, Driving licence, and NHS number, NI number share codes, Residence Card. all proving who she was.
But we were told they can not do anything and we have lost the money £160.00 we paid for the exam and will have to rebook. and pay again.
Then we get a email to say we failed to turn up and forfeit the money we paid.
I find the whole process dreadful and when I got in touch with Person the very next day its a call centre which I believe is in India and I had trouble to understand the guy on the phone.
He just told me we were late and we had not provided the correct information all of which is incorrect.
So if you are wanting there services think again and use a different company.
I now see why there reviews are so low.

Insensitive and Unprofessional Treatment During a Family Emergency

I needed to reschedule my exam due to a death in my family. When I contacted customer service, I was told that because my request was made just a few hours outside of the 48-hour cancellation window, I would need to provide a death certificate in order to have the rescheduling fee waived.

I found this request extremely insensitive and unprofessional. While I understand that policies exist, requiring grieving family members to submit a death certificate to avoid a fee shows a lack of compassion and empathy during an already difficult time.

This is an exam—not brain surgery. Life happens, and family emergencies, especially the death of a loved one, should be handled with more understanding. I was disappointed by the response I received and expected a much more reasonable and humane approach from your organization.

I hope management reviews this policy and considers how these situations are handled in the future. No one dealing with the loss of a family member should be made to feel as though they need to prove their grief to receive basic consideration.
