We are a Woodsure `Ready to Burn` Accredited supplier and pride ourselves on the supply of products to the highest quality. Bulk discounts available. We offer our domestic customers regular fortnightly deliveries or one-off deliveries in the Scottish Borders, Northumberland, Mid and East Lothian delivered direct to your door. Customers can also visit our site in Duns to purchase pre-packed solid fuel and visit our Garden Centre, Restaurant and Builders Merchant.

The staff I would give a 5 star too
The staff I would give a 5 star too. But the one star is for wet coal which often comes with a quarter of a sack of unwanted dross. Plus management does not like responding to your complaints.

The staff at Pearsons are always very helpful
The staff at Pearsons are always very helpful. On several occasions they have managed to make a delivery on time even when I've missed their ordering deadline. The delivery drivers are also helpful and willing. Overall I give everyone at Pearsons FIVE Stars.

A good local business that has expanded and moved with the times.
Very responsive and helpful customer service staff on the telephone in Duns. Flexibility on payment methods is appreciated. Coal deliveries reliable and your delivery staff obliging. Your chimney sweep service is are worth the wait.

Been getting coal from Pearsons for 16 years
Been getting coal from Pearsons for 16 years & i wouldn't go anywhere else there coal is the best by far & they always deliver on time & try & get to you even on the most challenging snow days. Ive had a few different delivery drivers over the years & all bar 1 have been very friendly. I couldn't ask for a better service happy customer.

Really good service…
Deliveries are always prompt and staff friendly when coal ordered over the phone. Even when I missed an order delivery date I still got my delivery the next time the coal lorry passed through my village. Excellent service.

We have had deliveries from Pearsons for some years now and I cannot fault them in any way. Both the office and drivers are polite and helpful. During the current situation the drivers have been especially careful and have left everything neat and tidy. Our delivery is not easy but has always been carried out professionally. Thank you

Excellent Service
Due to adverse weather my delivery was made by Pearsons at 20:15 on Wednesday evening instead of Thursday morning. This was much appreciated as I was panicking about the heavy snow fall thinking that my delivery might not be made and I was down to half a bag. Thank you very much 😀
