I bought 1 pair of shoes from Pearlzone on FB in July. When I went to track the delivery apparently they had been delivered on 1st August. I never received an email to confirm delivery which is what reputable companies do these days so I emailed them. They replied that the shoes had been delivered so "check around my house and with the neighbours" so their tracking isn't worth it either as they obviously just left a parcel in plain view on my front doorstep. I replied to their email saying that I was never left a calling card and they replied to check with the PO which I did only to be advised that because more than 14 days had past since the delivery date there was nothing they could do. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE SHONKY DEALERS!!!!

Received shoe that were in a plastic bag. Shoes were too large. I was willing to return them for a refund but have not been able to reach them by email. Phone number was in the UK, I think. No return address on package or on the Webb. They also state you must make a return in 24 hours to get refund. The trick is that you can't. Do NOT deal with this site.

Personally, I am very happy with my purchases and I intend to place another order. Having read the negative reviews I may not bother to attempt a return of one pair and to be fair they fit, I just changed my mind about having laces. The fact I did my own due diligence by reading customer reviews before selecting the size helped me massively as all the pairs I bought (sandals, slip on breathable sneakers and the like) fit perfectly. So comfortable to wear at work and out for a stroll. Don’t be so quick to judge when it’s sometimes down to user error or consumer misjudgment. I cannot comment about non deliveries or packaging as mine arrived with no issues

I bought the shoes and the quality is terrible and shoes are expensive to return. Do not use their company, return policy is unresponsive and prodcut is crappy,

The pair of shoes that I received from Pearlfeet is made of poor quality and do not have a leather upper sole- just cheap looking plastic material. Don't buy anything from them! The cost is extremely expensive to reurn the shoes to them. This is a complete waste of money!!!

Please do not buy shoes from this company. They run unbelievably small and there is no chance of guessing what size you will need - I would need a full 2 1/2 sizes larger than the ones I received (best guess?!) The shoes have glue pouring out of the seams and look like they would not last long (if I could even fit them!)

On top of that, it took 5 emails to simply get a return address and the address I received is not deliverable. Further, the cost of shipping back at my own expense will surpass the cost of the shoes!

OMG!! Save your money. These clothes are so cheap and so poorly made. Absolutely horrible! Also, the only reason I received my shipment is because I filed a claim through Paypal

PROBABLY THE WORST PURCHASE I EVER MADE!

I bought a pair of "shoes" from this company. They arrived after waiting almost THIRTY DAYS in a taped-up piece of paper (not even a bag), and are complete CRAP! They don't even resemble the pictures online. HORRIBLE!!!

They don´t send the return address and told me to give the shoes to a friend of me.
I´ve never heared something like this before. I send this information already to consumerism Germany (Verbraucherschutz Baden Württemberg)

Too bad, I cannot give just 0 stars! The shoes are very cheaply made, the size is wrong. If you want to return the shoes you will pay for the shipping more than you paid for the shoes.

Very shonky company or business, bought 2 pairs of sock shoes, arrived ok but were made of plastic, arrived with no invoice so no tracking of an invoice number to refer too, I returned them immediately to address on packaging in China which cost me a small bomb and they say they never received them for me to get refund.
NEVER NEVER USE THEM, DISHONEST WITH CHEAP NASTY PRODUCTS, NO VALUE FOR MONEY i HAVE LOST OVER $150AUD

First and last time I fall for click bait. Poor quality and sizing. I purchased one pair of Sports Quick-drying Traceable Sneaker Shoes. The webpage advises you to buy one size bigger this is not true they were to large for me. Arrived from China in about 10 days, packaging was poor quality. On inspection the product was to a poor standard something I would have not looked at twice In a shop.

Do not order these shoes! They look nice in photos but believe me...they are crap! The quality is like something you'd get from the drugstore/plastic material. They ship from China and took a very long time. You can not get a refund. They say you can ship them back to China at your own cost. I can't believe I was suckered in on the nice photos ....I should have known better!

Be careful they never delivered I buy two shoes and I never received them. don't loose your money

Absolute rubbish DO NOT buy from here. I am a size 2 so bought a size 2.5. Waited ages for them to come. They are a size 3!! Smell of glue. Poor quality and when I asked to return them they said give them to a friend, or if I wanted to return them I would have to pay cost to CHINA. Complete scam. Don't be fooled by the nice pictures

I wouldn't order from them again. I tried to contact them but there is no U.S. customer service number. I sent an email last week and still waiting to hear from someone. Shoes are not the American size they say they are. Mine are waaay too small. So now I'm stuck with a $35 pair of comfy sandals I cannot wear. Soo not happy.

Don't buy ! Very low quality, price to high, just plastic! I am sorry because I didn't read before, all these opinions!
