Do not buy this crap. Low quality shoes and the sizes are way off. Their customer service is terrible as well.

Ordered 5 pairs of shoes. Sizing was way off. They wanted me to pay for shipping back to China for a refund. Cost as much to return as the refund I was getting. Terrible, terrible company.

I ordered two pair of stylish, good looking shoes. It took a while for them to get here. when they did, they were several sizes too small. Nice looking, but way too small. I tried contacting them to no avail. good looking stuff, but not trustworthy. I'm gone.

I ORDERED A SHED FROM THIS COMPANY ON NOVERBER 2020 PAID FOR IT AND ALL NEVER RECIEVED IT AS OF MAY 2, 2021.

I give this company negative 5*. They are hopeless. I ordered three pair of shoes in februar of last year. I still havent received anything. Writing to them helps little to nothing, as they keep asking why I want to return the items. I've tried to contact them, but they don't speak english, and I dont speak Mandarin. So that was 150$ out the window. Spare yourself the agony and order somewhere else. This company doesnt care as long as they get your money for nothing. Never shopping there again.

The most -ucked up company EVER!!!! Their product is terrible and now I receive 20 emails a day from them and no matter how many times I unsubscribe they keep on coming. Buyer

stay away from this Company. Do not order shoes from them. They sent me different shoes and not what I ordered back in November 2020. I am still awaiting for the refund.

Their shoes actually look good, and I was lucky once - they sent the shoes that I ordered and the shoes fit me. The second time they sent totally different shoes in the wrong size. The only way to exchange them was for me to pay to send them back, which was going to cost almost as much as the shoes did. If you do buy from them be prepared to lose your money, but maybe not. It'll be a bit of a gamble.

I give them zero stars. Products don't look anything like what we thought we ordered and sizes aren't even correct.. ordered XXL for husband and I a size medium ladies can wear them. Shirts are so thin you could practicly punch your finger through. False advertisement if you ask me. Will never buy again. Poor customer service and didn't receive until almost three months latter. Refused to give any money back. Forget returning its going to cost you more.

Pearlzone - Lalasgal Mollyca - they are all part of the same skammers! This company continues to basically rob people. They never send the product you thought you purchased. They send cheap items no one wants. I ordered a size 8 shoe the one and only time I purchased from these people and they sent me a size 12! REALLY!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!! IT IS A RIP OFF AND A SHAM!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY! THEY NEVER REFUNDED MY MONEY EITHER! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

This place is nothing but pure false advertising. Nothing you order will look like their ad trust me. Their dolls are cheap and smaller than shown with completely different hair, face and body. The clothes are not as shown. One of the dolls I ordered and paid $30 for wasn’t ever delivered. If you order one of their “realistic” looking puppies be prepared to receive a plastic stiff dog. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! Scam all day!

Worst company ever!! They send you the wrong item and want pictures to prove it instead of just letting me send it back. Don’t use this company, they are horrible. I wouldn’t give them any stars

I bought 2 pairs of mens shoes online from Pearlzone. After wearing them I had to throw them out as my socks were wet from the vinyl outer , which should have been leather .
Do not buy shoes from this company !

I ordered two dolls and when they arrived neither was what I had ordered. Very disappointed since they were for my granddaughters 4th birthday. Will not order from them again

Cheap shoes only can wear once before they completely fall apart...glued not seen just don't spend money because these are worthless product

My name is Daniel and I was not sure of what I was going to receive after ordering from Pearlzone, but I was very happy with my order of 6 pairs of shoes. They offer such a great deal when you buy in numbers and I think I could not ever get a better deal on this product. I will definitely be ordering more products from them. The shoe sizing was not matched with differing sizes considered equivalents anywhere on their website.. SO I ordered a 5. A 36 arrived.
The shoe purchase was a fiasco, and the service correspondence was even worse. One reply suggested I should give them to a friend.

Absolutely awful from beginning to end. I made an order that took over two months to arrive. The goods were rubbish: the dress that looked stylish in the picture was of bad quality and cheap-looking, the two pair of shoes smelt of rubber which indicate poor quality. Never ever again.

Ordered a men's casual shoe. Took a looong while to get here (USA). Sized too small.
