I gave Pearlzone 1 star because I had to to give something to write a review! Absolutely the worst company to do business with. You have a better chance of seeing god if you need to return something! They are in China and it’s impossible to get thru to anyone to get any customer service. They won’t return emails, test messages and don’t answer their phones. I’m stuck with 2 pairs of shoes. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do NOT order from Pearlzone. China mfg with no return address and you're stuck with your order. Could not get my foot in the shoe opening, had to get my bank involved with contact and they weren't able to help. Inferior quality materials and manufacturing. Bad experience. If you purchase from this company after reading this shame in you.

Pearl Feet's return policy is worthless. If for any reason, you need to return shoes (wrong size, quality, damaged, etc.), you must ship back to China at your own cost. Their Website notes that they will provide credit for returns within 14 days of delivery. It does not spell out that you must ship to China for return credit. Shipping back to China will cost more than the shoes. I had a similar experience to another reviewer when I contacted customer service about returning the shoe for size. They stated that returning the shoes to China will be expensive so they suggested keeping the shoes and buying another pair with a 20% off coupon that they provided. Who, in their right mind, would keep shoes they don’t want and then buy another pair?
One additional note – Pearl Feet i also dishonest. Immediately after placing my order, I noticed an error in the size. Within minutes of placing the order, I contacted customer service and asked that the size be corrected before shipment. They contacted me a day later and stated that it was too late as the order had already shipped. However, when the shoes arrived, I checked the tracking information on the package and found that the shoes had, in fact, shipped well after they had claimed. As a result, the order could have been corrected before shipment.
All correspondence from Pearl Shoes is in broken, poorly written English. I cannot stress enough, don't waste your time or money with this company. Buy from a reputable company with good customer service.

The shoes I bought were the right size, but the tightening mechanism keeps coming loose. This makes me need to tighten it every 5 minutes when walking in them. I use it for outdoor construction shoes because I don’t want to waste the money spent to buy them. Unfortunately, they are a hazard because they keep coming loose.

On top of that, they keep sending me text messages even though I unsubscribe to them. Don’t buy their stuff. You’ll pay way more than you’ll get.

Do not buy from Pearlfeet. Bought 2 pair. Left shoes were not even close to the same size. 1 1/2 - 2 inch difference. Customer service no help. At all. Return to China? At my expense? For $100? Ludicrous!

I bought one pair of shoes and they were fine. Bought another same size.
The elastic was slack they were advertised as wedge but were totally flat. So I wanted to return.
Was advised that I needed to post them tracked to an address in china. That coat is.more than the shoes were worth.
No help from.pearlzone. dont use them

If you want to return the good, you need ship back China and the freight should be paid by your side. It is work for you?

Your order is shipped from China, which the shipping fee may be expensive to return. How about give to your friend? Maybe he/she likes it.

Nowhere on their web site does it say you are shipping back to China - just that you have to pay shipping costs once.

Well-made shoes, but stitching cord was not suitable enough to last as long as the leather and soles. As it broke, the shoes came apart at the sole. I would recommend much longer-lasting cord material to be used.

The first 2 pair were the best most comfortable shoes ever! The next 3 were too small and they wouldn't refund or provide an address for me to send them back to.
They're in China, so communication is not good and shoes sizes are inconsistent.

Don't buy from this company. They are a scam!

If you are sure the size is right and want to return, we will refund you after receiving the package, but the postage should be paid by your side, as the postage would be expensive, what about keeping the shoes and reorder the other one with lower price? The shoes sent were extremely small and narrow. To return the items, I had to ship them to China.

I ordered a backpack on this website on the 3rd September. I didn’t know about the existence of trustpilot website and once I found it out I was shocked because the Pearlzone reviews were all bad! So I contacted them on messenger and didn’t get any response, so I was sure it was a scam... I didn’t give up and I contacted them by email and oddly they replied me after just some hours telling me that my pack will be delivered soon. I checked the tracking almost everyday and I found out it was really coming! It was delivered today, 18th of October in perfect conditions!!

This outfit is a scam and nothing more. If you don’t heed this review, and all of the other reviews, you deserve the total lack of service and stalling that you WILL get.
They have no intention of correcting any problem.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

BEWARE OF PEARLFEET.COM AS WELL. Same company, same products, same webpage just a different name. I ordered the shoes one size larger and no way to get my feet in it. The "Return policy" (hahaha) is laughable. You are instructed to email them and they never reply. if you do not heed this advice or all of the other warning reviews, at least pay thru PayPal so you can make a claim against them.

It seems I am joining the many others who have had terrible service. I am trying to get a refund and have sent multiple emails and have still not got the information I need.

I ordered 2 pair s of shoes. 1 pink oxfords. Which were crushed when I received and a gray pair of t straps. They sent me gold and 2 sizes too large. I have tried to contact customer support 3 times with no results . I will dispose the shoes and will never order from them again. A waste of time, money and quality. I highly recommended not to buy from this company. They are a rip off.

very bad customer service - they sent the wrong size shoes and now refuse to refund - rather they suggested me giving the shoes to a friend and offered me a 20% discount on next order. Needless to say there will never be a next order!!

If I could give them a zero I would. Dont buy from this company! It's a scam and they send the wrong size shoes then try charging you to return them and wont give you a refund. All shoes are too small. I'm calling the BBB on them and my credit card company. They should not be allowed to sell to the US!
