GREAT SHOES! GREAT COMFORT!

Ordered a pair of shoes from them and immediately before putting my CC info in I got a pop up window that said the model I wanted was on back order that could take up to 30 days. I liked the shoes and ordered them. They arrived 15 days later! They look exactly as advertised and as comfortable as ever. Love them and get lots of compliments. I have no problem that they come from China. COMFORT is what I wanted and couldn't be happier.

Thank you

Thank you, almost fell for the advertising too. Unfortunately I've made this mistake before with items from China with flashy advertising and got things that are no where near the correct size, unbelievably crappy quality and waited many many weeks for the garbage to arrive. I now check reviews always.

Love my open-toed sneakers

I ordered open-toed sneakers from Pearlzone because they were adorable and I couldn't find them anywhere else. The reviews made me very nervous and I almost canceled. They arrived after a month but Pearlzone sent me a tracking number so I could follow where they were. The shoes arrived today and they are exactly as pictured. They are adorable and they fit perfectly. I give Pearlzone a thumbs up.

Product Quality, Shipping Time, Returns, and Communcation is not very good.

First, please forgive me for any typos and grammar errors. Going to do minimal editing for readability and that’s all. Don’t have time. Doing this from my iPhone.

I placed two orders with this organization. Normally, before I order from an online organization I first look for a phone number, their address, and favor organizations in the US. For some reason, I didn’t do that.

PearlZone has some catchy ads. Some of the pics of their products are attractive and cool. However, the pics are a bit deceptive when you compare it against the product you actually receive.

Pearl Zone is based in China. They use pictures and attractive prices to entice you to order from them. They promise free shipping. What they don’t tell you is how long it will take to get the product you order.

It’s a long time.

Of the two orders I placed, a partial first order was shipped after waiting 10 days. I contacted the company through email (only way you can contact them) and they respond in two days. They said that the products that haven’t shipped wouldn’t be available for another three weeks and they’d appreciate that I wait that long before I decide to cancel and ask for a refund.

I decided to cancel and get a refund for the items that haven’t shipped. It took another 5 days before I had a response that they cancelled the unshipped items and refunded my money. I checked my bank account and they did refund my money. So, that’s good.

Although I had the products that didn’t ship refunded, I did have some issues that are showstoppers for me to ever order again from this organization.

1. They are in China: When I found that out, I knew there was going to be delays in shipping and communication.

2. Product Quality: Comparing the product you receive to the picture is not even close. They do not make their products at the same quality level you are probably accustomed too in the US. The shoes I ordered used thin leather with no inner lining. The sizing is smaller than what I ordered which is US 12. It says it is US 12 but it isn’t. The shoes I received are more size 11 or 11.5

3. If you have a wrong order, you are faced with shipping the product back for a replacement. The shoes I received took over a month (6 weeks) to receive them. Now I am faced to just chalk it up to a lessons learned or ship them back and go through the long cycle of waiting. Could be dead by then.

4. They are actually expensive for what you end up getting. My shoes cost $40. At best, the shoes are at the slippers level in support and protection and worth $20 or less. Thin dyed leather that stinks, no lining, a cheap insole, and the rubberized sole wouldn’t protect you from walking over a pebble without feeling it or having some pain.

5. Communication: it’s cumbersome. It takes a long time going back and forth through email. It’s a pain in the rump.

So my advice is to not order from this company. You won’t be happy. The product quality is not very good. Shipping takes forever. Communication is cumbersome. If you have ordered and are viewing this website for your own salvation, you will probably have a lessons learned.

Thank you everyone for your reviews

Thank you everyone for your reviews. It saved me from making another bad purchase. I’m writing this review as I was scammed by Sureal Unicorn last year. Same kind of ad as PearlFeet. One accesses it thru a news article or Facebook. My suggestions which I do now is 1) never follow a link to an ad 2) Google the company first 3) Read all 1-star reviews NOT related to the offending companies website. By following these steps I did NOT order from PearlFeet! The same applies to Amazon... read 1-star reviews first. I don’t bother reading the good ones. Let’s all band together to stop these scammers from stealing our hard earned money!

I have had similar problems as others…

I have had similar problems as others on this blog. I ordered 2 pair of shoes because they looked like a nice product. One of them was not a size 9 as ordered, it was much larger (I figure a size 10-11, but still labeled as a USA 9). The pair that fits is also labeled USA 9.

The 2 pairs arrived at different times, about a month apart. I contacted the company regarding the wrong sizing, and they gave me the "cost too much to send back to China," routine, but offered me a 20% discount on my next purchase. Well, there won't be a next purchase, their sizing is all messed up. Furthermore, shortly after making this purchase, the credit card I used turned up in a fraudulent gas station purchase for $100 in Las Vegas. I have received a few text messages from this company for lame offers, and the phone number that the texts came from was a Las Vegas area code. I am very careful how I use that card, and stepped out of my comfort zone when I made this purchase. I am not accusing Pearlfeet for this theft, but I do find it suspicious that they have a Las Vegas number, and the fraudulent purchase was made in Las Vegas. NOTE: I live in California, and never go to Vegas.

In my opinion, this company does not understand the concept of Customer Service, and is a bad company to do business with.I recommend staying away from this company and their products.

Can't return bad shoes

Bought a pair shoes. The fit was far smaller than the actual size I ordered and what's posted on the label. I had a lot of trouble contacting them and when they finally responded they said I had to pay to ship them back to China! The cost of shipping them back is far higher than the $45 I paid for the shoes. Here's the worst part... I called my cc company and they're disputing the charge and will ultimately refund my $45, BUT because it's under $100, the cc company won't fully pursue the merchant because the cost to do so is higher than them eating the $45 loss of refunding me. This means these con artists will continue scamming people with no consequences. Unreal!

Pear zone is a fraudulent company with many different names and fake addresses of other companies. I too was a victim please contact the FBI at IC3. Com to file a complaint also contact the FTC and PayPal if you used that for your payment. One of the addresses they are using for returns is a Costco and another fake address of an electric company. I would give zero stars if I could. No response from emails sent to them. They did take my money though!! Never received my shoes. Makes me sad that this happens. I should realize not to trust a website online that hasn't been heard of and I should of checked all reviews first. My loss.

What a scam

What a scam. Horrible quality. And the shoe came in way small. They wont respond to my emails requesting to send back and even send me my right size. This complaint will not stop here with me. More reason to buy from USA. BTW their ad did not disclose made in China and that it would take over a month to receive.
