Customer Support and the Warranty Team were fantastic in responding and helping arrange and return of a damage case during transit. They were honest and quick to provide a resolution to my issue, and the return was processed and refund provided in a timely manner.

I purchased a ready-to-ship gaming PC from a competitor, and was force to send it back because of defects out of the box. I then received a second PC from that company that also had the same defect. I sent that one back after 3 weeks of troubleshooting and waiting. In the time it took for that second PC to return to sender and to process my refund, I had found, ordered, communicated with the PCCG sales team, and received my new gaming PC and had it up and running with no dramas. Very impressed with the testing and quality control, notably that the motherboard was running the latest update (neither PCs from the competitor were and I was told to do that as troubleshooting).
I’ll know next time to just stick with the reliable and trusted brand.

I have been buying almost every tech item I need from PCCG for decades and have never had an issue with purchases from full gaming rigs or chairs to a single USB Storage device.

From ordering to dispatch was only a few days, and delivery (4,000km non express) took just on a week.

The system was extremely well packed, both externally and internally and all the cables were well routed and tied up.
It booted straight up and has been running without any issues.

The only (minor) issue with the build- on the order comments i requested the aftermarket case fans to replace the ones supplied with the case be set to high speed (their default, for some odd reason, is low).
That wasn't done, but i didn't have to remove the fans to access their speed switches, so i was able to set them all to high speed in under 5min.
That dropped the CPU temp by 5°c.

Always great to deal with. Good pricing. Great delivery turn around. I won’t buy anywhere else.

I recently ordered a bunch of parts for a new build. Everything arrived on time and undamaged, PC Case gear packaged everything really well. I haven’t completed the build yet so I will update my review once that’s done
