waited 6 days for the delivery when I paid Express star track freight

Easy to order, goid customer service when I picked the monitor I brought up. Pc case gear is usually my first choice

arrived quicker than I thought it would.
Only one that had the switch in stock.

After being a loyal customer it was dissapointing to hear that my request to return a brand new item that does not suit my setup was knocked back due to simply opening the product. I understand this is in their T&Cs and I should have been more careful when reading the product description, however, after spending thousands through pc case gear and choosing them as my go to tech provider its disappointing to see. Now stuck with a niche brand new product that is hard to sell and have had to spend more money out of pocket to get what I need. Buyer beware check your product description carefully as they won't do you any favours on an honest mistake.

I used the assembly service for a new build. Nice job, and very well packaged for delivery. It took longer to download Bazzite than to install it. Good speedy computer and super quiet too.

Recently bought a pre built which was built and shipped in a easy to unpack as well as as safe as can be

PC Case Gear were honest enough to let me know that something I had paid for had already been done as part of the package and promptly refunded the amount.

i was in the market for a tv monitor stand for my sim racing rig that wasnt way over priced, came across the next level monitor mount at a really good price. it came quick ordered it on a sunday and it arrived by wednesday. it took about 45 minutes to assemble and its sturdy. I have a 24 inch monitor on it and it holds it quite well, no wobbles it has a couple of cable management clips on it which is good. overall for the price its decent and saved me heaps on other monitor mounts out on the market.

I requested a "future-proofed" gaming PC that wasn't cheap. The PCCG team were extremely helpful in resolving payment issues experienced because of their in-house scam-prevention system, and responsive to calls to their help-line. Additionally, during the system build, Max provided solutions - not just problems - when identifying component incompatibility, while also identifying applicable discounts for parts that came on sale shortly after original order placement. Build and shipment only took a couple of days and I am enjoying my new PC. A very positive experience all around.

I wanted to take the time to share that I have had a wonderful experience buying the Dynamic pre-built gaming PC from PC Case Gear. It was a significant investment for me and so naturally there were concerns buying something like this via online / mail order! After failing to connect by phone, I sent an email with questions. To my surprise (given today’s world) I received a prompt response. I then received prompt responses to all my follow up questions, which I was never made to feel were “too much” or “annoying” for the support agent. My confidence secured, I took the plunge and ordered the PC which arrived in great time, beautifully and extremely well packed and in perfect working order. (Just remember to plug in the fans and lighting control USB dongle included with the spare parts (also beautifully, neatly packed by the way, with all original component packaging as well))! Then the biggest surprise of all: even AFTER PCCG had got the sale and my money, the responses to support questions continued to arrive promptly and in depth. So great! So a special thanks to my support agent Max D for his fantastic help that made this exciting but scary undertaking a wonderful journey!
