The previous PSU I bought was faulty, and PC Case Gear refunded no worries. I bought another PSU and it was delivered quickly and in good order.

Always a pleasure dealing with PCCG. I have bought many parts over the years and never had an issue, fast reliable service.

always fast service, even when there was something that ended up being out of stock, they emailed me right away to find a replacement or to wait for more stock and they got it shipped pretty much the day after mending the order.

Back to prompt processing meaning prompt shipping. This makes PCCG, one again, great for repair and quick upgrade projects as well as their general standalone products and a one-stop shop for new builds.

ordered a new custom build pc express shipping was built and shipped to me within the week amazing fast service they even emailed me asking some questions bout the graphics card because I wasn't ordering one and seen my last purchase was a 2080ti so they asked if I wanted the cables set up for that. amazing serive. And it arrived safely with enough bubble wrap and foam to save it from a fall from space haha so that was fantastic

Despite the many good reviews on this company, I have to disagree.
The graphics card I was supplied was defective, reached out for after sales support only to be ignored.
Final nail in the coffin is that they mislabelled the drives on the PC when it was built, causing massive issues with gaming and windows (which was installed on the HD not the SSD). Only discovered by accident much later.
Have since moved to another PC supplier.

Time to deliver from order was very impressive - thanks guys.
