As a disabled driver I was grateful for the excellent service I received from Pavilion. They found me a suitable vehicle at a good price, which meant that I was able to get myself and my mobility scooter to an annual reunion.
They were both patient and professional, and they made an important occasion possible.
I will be using them again next year.
Decent service, but there is room to improve. We shared it
General service was ok until we returned the minibus. Then without discussion they took £90 from my deposit for the repair of a window that was obviously in a poor state of repair (took me 5 minutes just to open the thing on a hot day).
Once they have your deposit they can do what they like with it, even the credit card people can't do a charge-back because it's money that's been authorised.
Treat with caution, I'm sure they're great when everything goes ok, but once you're finished with it, they have you over a barrel and won't even discuss it with you, they simply take your money.
