SCAM

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM SCAM, SCAM .Paid in full for a listed BMW I8 for $30,000. Numerous emails and phone calls indicated the Joe and his designated driver would deliver the car in his enclosed trailed on Friday 4/24/2026 no later than 6 pm. Have a signed 8 page sales agreement signed by Joe, along with a invoice that indicates paid in full. NEVER DELIVERED OR THEY NEVER CALLED. HE HAS MY $35,000 AND I HAVE NOTHING AT ALL. Tried to call Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and I think I am block, so I CANNOT GET IN TOUCH WITH HIM. Tried emails, never answered. Call the New York DMV Investigator and he indicated that 2 others are having the same problems. They send money and nothing in return SCAMM SCAMM.
as OF TODAY 3 of his major advertisers , Hemmings, TrueCar,, CARS have investigated and found fraud. The address listed, and pictures shown are not his location. I talked to the owner of the location in the picture (he owns the home in the picture and the small pole building. He tells me they are scamming everyone. People called him and were scammed (took the money, and nothing ever). The County police are investigating, along with our local police. Chase Bank is looking to suspend business with him. He does not operate out of the picture on line. Those are all scams. NEVER DEAL WITH THIS CROOK, WATCH OUT DO NOT DO WHAT I DID, SEND MONEY. I was provided a pre-inspection report, which was fake. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS GUY IS FAKE, I think he is not even in the US. WARNING WARNING, SCAM, SCAM. No response ever after he took my money......SCAM . He told Hemming Motor News that he did not now me, and never heard of me. Problem, I have the signed sales agreement for the listed BMW I8 with vin shown. Also a paid in full invoice which also shows vin number. He cannot refute the facts, he scammed me big time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read less

5 Start Pavillion Cars

A bit of advice to start with.
If your looking to buy a car do some digging into the cars registration number on a search engine first, I found out something the dealer didn’t even know about although it didn’t stop me from buying the car it was good information to have.

Pavilion Car Sales is a 5 Start for me
Zak the gentleman I dealt with, the guy is just a Star all round.

I looked far and wide for the make and model I wanted with the best stats in my price range and Pavillion had it and I was happy to travel on an overnight bus from Glasgow to London then take a wee train ride to Crawley to pick it up and drive it home.
From start to finish and because of my c.o.d to details the process to over a week with back and forth communication and Zak was very understanding to the fact I take my time if I’m giving you money. On arrival at Pavillions premises I was greeted warmly and just as well as it was a bit of a chilly morning. Zak was already busy speaking with other potential customers but once finished gave me all his time, he showed me round what was soon to be my car giving me all the information he could on the car then gave me time and space to have a wee look round it myself. Once finished we sat in his office and got all the paperwork done in no time, we had a good chat then that was me off back to Glasgow with my stunning new car. I was confident with my research and Zak’s honesty that the car was what it was said to be so on trust the drive back to Glasgow was my test drive a drive I didn’t want to end even after 9+ hours behind the wheel (yeas breaks where taken).
It’s been 4 weeks not with my new car bought from Pavillion Car Sales Crawley and I’m loving it.
Overall the the company had quality cars on it’s forecourt, Zak had all the information you would want and had what everyone wants when buying a car and that is fantastic customer service. For anyone looking at a car from Zak at Pavillion i 100% recommend them.
A massive Thank You to Zak @ Pavillion Cars

poor after care service

Rushed you into buying a car, everything on the day was good, but after sales stinks. still waiting for my gold warranty to be emailed to me. took the car for a service for my own piece of mind, serious oil leak not covered by warranty, no spare wheel, jack, detachable towbar missing. emailed them and 2 weeks later still waiting for a reply. poor after care.

Dont buy a car from these people …

I brought a car from these people (con artists) charged me 4,500 a couple of weeks after buying the car the brakes started squealing & the car kept cutting out. I took the car back to complain after I had the car check'ed at another garage who told me I paid more than I should have for it & the brake pads were below legal limmits. they charged me for putting new brakes & disks on but did not do it properly & had to have them done at another garage who told me the reason my car kept cutting out was the dps needed replacing that would cost a £1600. When I went back to complain again I was told they didn't know that & their is no way I could prove that they did. Do not buy any cars from this company 😡
