Pauls Hair World Reviews 

I went to the arndale manchester paul hair world to buy some hair dye. I took it to the till and noticed there were too many staff with not much to do.. there were 3 staff members stood behind the till and chatting about whether 2 eat some cake so after awkwardly standing there I asked loudly if they accept card payment so I could get their attention and I could pay. They looked at me as if I shouldn't have interupted them she hurried my payment through and carried on chatting...its a good shop with lots of hair options Just think a bit more customer aknowledgment would help.

I went into the new Manchester Pauls World on 22 February 2014. I was extremely excited and eager to purchase my new hair. The shop looked pleasant and I could see the brand I wanted, sensationnel goddess remi. With my heart pounding I waited near the til to be attended to. After about 20 mins of being ignored by staff who were not particularly busy I approached a member of the team. She sighed at me and reluctantly came over stomping her feet and pulling her face. She was unhelpful rude and lazy. She could not find the colour I needed, light brown, and was unable or unwilling to recommend any alternate brands. In the end I became so frustrated I walked out of the shop with my £150 to spend elsewhere. I have never been treated the way I was in that shop and will never return because of the terrible service and scallyness of the staff, I suppose they have a job which is a start, but lack basic customer service and I actually felt quite intimidated. I RECOMMEND KEEP AWAY, BAD SERVICE AND OVERPRICED!!! :((

I have made a complaint to trading standards .. Oh everythings fine when you get a good batch of hair, but after 1 week and my pocket 200 lighter and matted remi goddess hair.... They dont want to know... We have rights... And im going to exercise them... please get in contact if you and when you do come across the same thing... and lets fight together... Its criminal... I have been buying hair from there for 4 years and after 1 week to not even get an exchange is wrong! They also must delete bad comments because ive seen lots on other sites...

I did previously write a bad review but after being in contact with them i discovered there was a mix up with my email address and that is why i had not received any information. They did not have the colour of the hair connecter i ordered in stock but had a different one and asked see if that was ok. The lady on the phone was very polite and helpful so thank you so much!! And i will now be using you again in the future!!!!! :)

Pauls Hair world should not be taking orders for stock they dont have,although there stock level showed in stock in infact wasnt, a £135.00 of my daughters money took 5 days to go back into our account, you cant imagine the hassel?.

Paul's hair world deserve a 5 star rating and more, they offer a top quality service to their customers, as well as selling the best quality hair and beauty products for an excellent price, their products are affordable for everyone ad well as being excellent quality, delivery is quick and they offer some good honest advice and nothing is too much bother forthem. Pauls Hair World is the only place I go for anything for my hair, not just hair extensions but accesories from bun rings to eyelashes too. All the staff are so helpful and always take the time to make sure I get exactly what I was looking for but without pushing me to buy things I dont need. I always feel like I have the best possible products and for a good price too. I would never go anywhere else other than Pauls Hair World and would recommend it to anyone, all of my friends are also huge fans! The £100 prize would help me get some fabulous new extensions for my holiday and new job so I can make the right impression!

I only go to pauls hair world for my extensionos, the staffthere are brilliant, i was in there last week with one girl who spent half hr trying to match my blonde hair to its multiple shades just perfect, and she got it spot on, i was so happy for the help and the result was fab! i didnt catch her name but hopes she sees this to say a big thanks!!! now i know my colours i can order online, for fast delivery and excellent service as always xxx

Amazing store great quality products great staff! Been coming here for about 7 years to get my extensions are wouldnt be going anywhere else! Always happy to give the best quality and great advice and aftercare regarding your extentions. I have bought several sets of extensions through the website and delivery has always been very prompt, I have also received advice from staff on their facebook page and over the telephone. I think the company is absolutely fabulous and always pass on their details to friends.

They have a fab range of products and the hair quality is fab, I've had help with choosing the right hair to suit both colour and texture, wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

The hair I ordered was not it stock so they sent the next size up, it came within one day. I was so delighted with getting the next size up and the hair is so silky and after being glued into my har for 2 weeks is still in great condition. I think Pauls hair world is amazing and I will definitely be ordering more hair for them in the future.

Great products, fast delivery and good packaging. Company get back to fast if you have any problems. They are easy to contact via phone, email and Facebook. They have new and updated products too. Would definitely recommend.

i have never been disapointed. i live in northern ireland and i have always got my parcels on time and wrapped well. i have always brought the products when i was in manchester so we are taking over 20 years i wouldnt go anyway else.

Stock the best hair- keep going back and forth to this company as i can never find better quality hair anywhere else! Staff who work there are so nice and helpful and the online help is also great!
