I have bought 10 plus wigs from Eternal Wigs. The quality and service is the best I have experienced! The units themselves are stunning and I will never go anywhere else.

Amazing experience from start to finish! The quality of the human hair wig I purchased is incredible so soft, natural looking, and easy to style. I also visited the salon in Scotland, and the staff were so welcoming and professional. They took the time to help me find the perfect fit and style. I left feeling confident and looked after. Highly recommend!

This company has completely restored my confidence. The wig looks so natural that no one can tell I’m wearing one! The salon in Scotland is fantastic—professional, clean, and very welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I’m so grateful and would recommend them to anyone.

I have order wig for my sister a month ago its haven't delivered yet. and customer support is also not helping me to resolve this issue.

You guys should have to be more professional and way more polite with your customers. it's so disgusting the way you are handling your customers.

Don't by anything from here. they are scammers. i have ordered a month ago but i didn't received my parcel yet. and no one solving my issue on customer support as well.

It's extremely telling that when you responded to every other review you told each reviewer that if they were directly impacted they could reach out to you for a resolution, but now that you owe Prestige Hair Studios money, the are the only ones you haven't responded to. For such disgraceful individuals, nothing but a bunch of money-hungry scammers.

€1000 spent on a wig delivered dirty, worn out, and of an incorrect color and size. I am completely shocked by the service or rather its absence. Don't order. Complete scam.

The quality of hair is beautiful,soft and true to length but the shipping took couple of days longer than estimate provided on checkout! However the customer care team were responsive when I messaged for an update.

A huge thanks to Eternal Wigs team for getting my wig to me in time for my birthday! luckily they had the wig in stock. I sent a few questions about cap size measurements and they were super helpful! The packaging came in a nice silk bag with combs and caps which was a nice added touch!

Have been wearing the Sabrina Wig for 4 weeks now and I have to say how nice it feels.No shedding or tangling.The wig takes heat really well.You get what you pay for here!

Am glad I found this company,Eternal Wigs.have had not so good experiences online with other wig companies.The wigs look beautiful and natural and smells lovely too.I managed to trim the lace myself which am not very good at but they offered to cut it for me the next time I order.Over all excellent experience!

Made very welcome, required a wig following cancer treatment. Very helpful in discussing requirements, I supplied photos of my previous hair style. The wig supplied took this into account, the actual wig it's self fitted well and was as expected. Some styling had to be done to my requirements. Nothing was too much trouble. I am happy with the final result.

My experience with Eternal Wigs has been excellent. Having lost all my hair due to chemotherapy I needed a wig. When I went to Eternal Wigs Funmi was fab at discussing all the options. She was very friendly, approachable and professional too. She made me feel comfortable and helped so much with my wig, which I love. I’ve just been back in for my free wash, dry and style that you get when purchasing a wig. There are so many options, and Funmi will go out her way to make sure you feel good and get what’s best for you. I have also contacted Eternal Wigs in between and all my questions and concerns have been answered. Lovely service, good quality wigs, I’d def recommend 😊.

Most recently Katie was amazing, she was patient, kind and very helpful.
She answered my many questions, she also advised me on the best aftercare products.
I am honestly so very grateful for people like Katie and companies like Eternal Wigs.

I recently ordered a wig from Eternal Wigs and I’m really happy with the customer service from Funmi. She listened to what I wanted and ordered a wig that suited my preferences.
