My shipment was a bit delayed but I did not know what was happening.
I contacted the customer support and they were super reactive and helpful. They even sent me a coupon for the inconvenience. Really impressed with the level of professionalism.

I placed an order on 1/23/26 and would of liked to receive notification on the delay of my package. I called many times and customer service was unavailable until 2/3/26 when I finally received an answer. We as paying customers should not have to wait that long on an answer for the product we purchased from Paulas Choice

I've been a long time user of Paula's Choice- and have tried many of their products. However, it's the SUNSCREEN that has me in a chokehold. I have been purchasing and using my favorite/most trusted SPF for over 8 years without fail. It's SPF/protection & Skincare in one go!

I trust PC because of their commitment to educating customers. They have so many invaluable resources. I often find myself referencing their ingredient dictionary. I also have to give their customer service 10/10. They are always responsive and helpful. Have never had any issues.

I've been ordering from and using Paula's Choice products for a couple of years, never had any issues (from shopping and ordering, to shipping/delivery and the actual products themselves). In the holiday shipping madness, a bottle arrived damaged and in less than 2 hours Customer Service had a replacement shipped out. Absolutely stellar service, icing on the cake to products that I already love.
