She responded to an inquiry I made about my facial scrub and determined that it needed to be replaced and immediately processed a replacement for me. There wasn't a lot of back and forth, and I can honestly say I had an excellent customer experience. I wish more companies had that type of service. Thanks again Elyka P.

Ive been using for approx 6 months or more and I love their products, I see results and are happy with them. Takes consistency and patience as in everything else you care about with yourself. Love on you and it'll show that you do. I recommend Glo Melanin for that beautiful melanin glow.

My package arrived broken. I sent an email and Rio helped me and was very helpful and got me a new package!

Great customer service. I decided to cancel my Glo Melanin subscription primary because I had not had a chance to evaluate it before my 2nd order was due to ship. As directed I sent an email with my decision to cancel. Elyka responded courteously and quickly. My subscription was immediately cancelled.

Good evening I would like to I got my order even though it was late engineer was still my fault They had my old address and I moved so I finally got to them and text them and said I gave them my new address and before I knew it my package was in the way and I really appreciate that with 5 stars or more thank you guys I had my cream and I'm loving it and then see a little result and I appreciate you guys thanks very much

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I placed an order with two different products. When my shipment came , only one product was in my delivery. I waited about a week to contact the vendor to explain that I did not receive the second product.

Elyka, was my customer service person. She listened to what I was saying and responded appropriately. She apologized and acknowledged that they did make a mistake and left out the second product. She immediately sent out the product among free gifts!

In these times it is hard to find great customer service , but today, Elka, serviced the customer! I love it! Thank you so much , and I love the products!

I got my shipping problem resolve in almost record time. This has been one of the easiest order corrections I’ve experienced, I had informed informed the help chat that I had yet to receive my order in three months. Then Elyka responded in less than hour and got my order reshipped with ease.

I love the products! The shipping did not impress me much though. The items were thrown in a Manila shipping envelope and sent like that. No branding box or anything. Also my brightening cream had opened and came out. I live in phx az so the heat made it a messy opening.

I have been using Glo Melanin products since mid-March and I have been satisfied with the results. The soap cleanses thoroughly without drying the skin and the oil and face brightening cream are fantastic and I can see the difference. Love the products so far!

Ordered from them on April 30th and I have not received my package. I even purchased the shipping insurance from navidium thinking that it would require a signature or something because a lot of the reviews that I read about this company said that people did not get their order. I’ve emailed them four times I’ve written on their social media pages multiple times and got ignored. That insurance is so Janky I tried to go on their website and file the claim, but the page is unclickable on the areas where you have to insert order information. I’m so glad I used my credit card and have purchased protection with them!

It was easy to order from website. All the products that I have tried so far have worked. My skin has cleared up.

I have tried to prevent writing this review however, it’s now necessary. I ordered from this company and have not received a tracking number or my order. I have emailed them with no response. I have messaged them on Instagram with no response yet they respond to other commenters. See, you try your best to support black businesses and this is what happens. Customer service nonexistent. I don’t even want the product now. This is my main reason why I purchased with my AMEX card in case I need to file a claim. Shame on you!
