Warning

Warning: whatever you do DO NOT, and I mean DO NOT, do business with pastry and more out in Couer d' Alene, ID. Their cakes are disgusting. I purchased my birthday cake from there. The cake was completely dry, NO moisture whatsoever. The icing was 3 inches thick, hard and stiff. The fruit slices was sliced as thin as paper, I could barely taste it. Most of all the owner by the name of Amanda is a rude as* Bi*ch, and has TERRIBLE customer service. Was NOT willing to correct the problem. Right now I'm pissed, I'm out $53.
