Ordered bridal flowers for our legal ceremony from Debbie from first contact was fantastic and the flowers were exactly what we wanted would highly recommend

Had flowers for my birthday delivered on Monday but by Thursday they were dead most disappointed with them

Ordered flowers for my daughter's wedding and they were absolutely beautiful. Table decorations and little vases - packed full of flowers and much better than anything I've ever had from Interflora. They also did funeral flowers for us, a while back, and they were great too. Won't go anywhere else now. Thanks very much - made it an even more beautiful day !!

Last minute flowers ordered for delivery after Interflora cancelled our order due to insufficient flowers available. The staff at Passion Flowers were amazing. Arranged everything I needed without any fuss. The recipient loved the flowers and they lasted a long time. Thank you to all at Passion Flowers for your amazing service. Well what can I say, what a fantastic family florists , The family did a wreath for a family member recently, They took the time and care to listen to everything we requested, went above and beyond, the wreath was absolutely stunning, everyone commented, on how beautiful it was , can’t thank them enough, you did the family proud ❤️

We met Richie , Marita & Molly at Passion Flowers in August 2022 to sadly organise flowers for my fathers funeral . Hand on heart they were so kind to us and especially mum at such a sad time for her and us . They really listened to what we wanted and went over and above what was necessary . Our family recently used this florist for my uncles funeral flowers.
We went into the shop to order ours and family/friends phoned their orders directly through to the shop.
The staff were friendly & helpful.
The flowers were beautiful and just like the photos in their brochure.
I would use them again & would recommend.

I went to Passion Flowers to order a small bouquet for our granddaughter’s birthday. The lady began to write the order in line with the sort of flowers I wished to be included but as soon as I mentioned that I wished to spend £15 she immediately ripped up the order and stated brusquely “I only do orders for a minimum of £30”. At this point I walked out of the shop. Manners cost nothing but there were none in evidence here.
I then went to Seasons for Flowers in Park Farm, Allestree who were only too happy to fulfil my request.

I have ordered flowers from Passion Flowers a few times & I can honestly say they have not let me down 😀
The flowers I chose from their website, were very similar to what was delivered ( depending on season).

Impatient delivery drivers with poor attitude.

For a simple flower delivery company you'd think sedate careful driving, but no. After nearly failing to stop and give way at a roundabout, over running the give way line albeit. Continued to aggressively follow and swerve round my vehicle while I was turning off left. Also having unroadworthy vehicle with bulbs out in the headlamps. But hey ho, let that one slide bulbs fail.
