We are the same independent repair business that operated as Sub-Zero Repair: same technician, same phone number, new name. Built-in and integrated refrigerators, freezer columns, ice makers, wine storage units and undercounter refrigeration: diagnosis, sealed-system repair, electronic controls, evaporator and condenser work, door and gasket alignment. Gasket arrived damaged
Gasket arrived damaged. Box was crumpled, and the gasket was damaged to the point where it is not effective and I will have to buy a new one.

Victor was incredibly responsive and kept me informed on everything he did, resolutions, and possible follow up if needed. He fit us in quickly, showed up on time, and was able to address our issue AND replace our water filter (was not on original service request). He even followed up within 24 hours to make sure all was working properly. SUPER service!!!!

Sub-Zero Service responded quickly
My old refrigerator broke down at the worst possible time, and I needed to find someone quickly who could get it back up and running. Sub-Zero Service responded quickly, and a technician arrived the next morning. He was professional and friendly, gave me a reasonable estimate, and explained and showed me everything. He also kept me informed of every step via text message so I didn't have to wonder what was going on. The repair work was done professionally, without loud music or mess. Before leaving, he checked everything with me and showed me how it worked.

Outstanding Customer Service!
I had searched everywhere and could not find the parts for my Wolf range.
UNTIL!…I looked on the website wolfrepair.com.
Actually, I couldn’t find them there either, until I clicked “Contact Us”, and to my delight, I got an answer from Vincent, saying that they indeed had the parts that I was looking for.
He even sent me a picture of them and asked me to verify that they were the correct ones.
The email contained instructions on how to order the parts, and I was kept up to date on the shipping status.
The parts arrived quickly and they were perfect!
The entire process was a pleasure!
