Two orders auto canceled - India based customer service unable to resolve.
I had two orders auto canceled because I needed the parts shipped to an address other than my home. After the first canceled order I called and was told the vendor team (or something) would need to verify my identity due to this discrepancy, which is fine, glad they are looking out for fraud. This second order was also cancelled and when I called I was told they are flat out not accepting orders when shipping address is not the same a billing. Annoying, and lost my business for life. Not willing to work with a company who can't function properly and follow through on their communications.
Worst of the worst parts supplier.
I certainly don’t know where PG receives its reviews but if you were to look at BBB reviews you’d find a much more honest review than some fabricated ones found on their website. Those are all fake!! This company is the worst on record from bonified customers so listen up. If you purchase a part from them be damn certain it’s the right one. If it’s not and it must be returned plan on never seeing you money or credit ever again. Complete thieves with every excuse to keep you from your money and the correct part.
Beware!
Part number did not fit what it was supposed to fit. I had to ship back at my own expense by the time I paid shipping and restock fee, it ended up costing me half of what I spent on the part and I ended up with nothing. I figured half back was better than nothing. I will never do business with this company again and suggest that others don’t.
I ordered a part and didn't even…
I ordered a part and didn't even receive it after 30 days, they lost my shipping. They wouldn't refund my item because the shipping insurance can only issue gift cards. I spoke to a customer service, and he was super rude. Asked to transfer to a manager. The manager was even worse. He didn't even help me. I would never buy from them again it's a scam company.
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Pictures don't represent actual quantity. Descriptions are lacking. Wont accept responsibility for bad marketing. Shipped in 6 parcels. Bent a metal head gasket to fit packaging.
This company gave me the wrong part…
This company gave me the wrong part number and I purchased the wrong alternator but before it even shipped I had called them and double-checked and the gentleman said if I ordered the right one for my truck I could send the other one back. They said they couldn't stop it for being shipped even though it hadn't been shipped yet so I don't know if they're incompetent or just stupid. Now they want to charge me 40 bucks to ship it back plus it's stocking fees. Don't do business with these guys. There are a bunch of crooks.
Company wouldnt allow parts to be…
Company wouldnt allow parts to be shipped on a diff box , shipping charges and restocking fee is more than the amount it cost of the part ordered, the part sent wasnt the correct one different from the description they had from their website! Wouldnt order from them at all !
I purchased a dash cover for a 1969 912…
I purchased a dash cover for a 1969 912 Porsche and rec'd it with a crack in it which I reported day of opening package. The Customer Service response was terrible as I asked for an exception to get the small crack repaired and ask for a discount to keep it. I was told, "we'll have a manager/Supv. call you back which never happened. I kept calling in looking for an answer, but was told we can do nothing and its too late to return although I was promised 2 phones call that never happened. I will not do business with them ever again after buying from them for last 20 years. Dealing with A.I. and Robotic humans reading from a script was ridiculous to say the least, Done!!!!!!!!!!!
Terrible shipping, denies responsibility
They don't ship anywhere near the date promised, and deny responsibility claiming that they're "only a dropshipper". They betray their responsibility as a vendor to deliver upon the contract with the customer.

Ordered the same part 3 times and they gave excuses of why they cancelledy order 3 times this place is the worst company to deal with and when you call they just patronize you and blame the cancelled orders to the shipper doesn't deliver there your billing and shipping address is different yeah I run a business and have the parts shipped to where they need to be to repair my trucks

I get my parts on time the costumer service itis great
company policy sux
parts and price are good. return and cancelation policy is TERRIBLE. dumbass shipping cost and restocking fee on the customer when i called literally right after i placed the order. they did not even check to see if the part was already took off the shelf. they want to ship it and then let the customer pay to ship it back to add a restocking fee 20% of a fkin part cost wtf not even a set amount for restocking.. it depends on PART COST not to mention before i called i waited in call line just to have my call answered and hung up on 2 second later before i even got a "hello?" nothing.. i dont care that i could have known all this before i placed my order because that doesnt change the fact that it sucks. like i can be a terrible person but if i tell you before i am a terrible person to you then its not my fault. nah, change that
Ordered a part from my truck with their…
Ordered a part from my truck with their parts finder, they send the wrong part, I notifiy them immediatly, they say send it back at your cost. They sent the wrong part, they should cover it. I contact them multiple times, they just say we will call you back in 24, and they never do and then they just let your ticket close and say you cant do anything about it. TERRIBLE COMPANY, AVOID!!!!!!
Bogus Part Listing
Inaccurate listing was for a dual row radiator, the one sent was a single row.
After many calls to customer service for a return shipping label Partsgeek finally sent the label and refunded but denied the original shipping cost.
Apparently Partsgeek is not accountable for mistakes on their website and the customer must take the loss

This was one of the worst online parts-buying experiences I’ve ever had.
I ordered a window regulator for my vehicle and paid about $110. PartsGeek sent me the WRONG part—it wasn’t even for my car. Despite this being entirely their mistake, they expect me to pay the return shipping, which is $88, plus a 15% restocking fee.
Let’s do the math:
* I paid about $110.
* Return shipping costs $88.
* They also want to charge a 15% restocking fee (around $16).
After all of that, I’d get back only about $5–$6 because of THEIR error.
If I ordered the wrong part, I’d understand paying the return costs. Which I’m 1000% sure because I made sure twice. Plus I ordered parts for my Camaro all the time believe me there’s a difference between those two cars. However. when the company ships the wrong item, the customer shouldn’t be the one absorbing almost the entire loss.
I expected them to make things right by providing a prepaid return label and issuing a full refund or sending the correct part. Instead, they shifted the cost of their mistake onto me.
Be very careful ordering from PartsGeek. If they send you the wrong part, you may end up paying for their mistake.
They advertise parts they don't have.
They advertised a part for sale which I bought and paid for. After 5 days of no communication I call and first the guy tells me I picked the cheapest shipping and they have 5-7 days to ship it. I question him on that and then he tells me I will get it in 5-7 days. Two days later I call and ask why I still have no tracking info. Then they say there is a problem with the order. They don't have the part. I don't know how long they would've waited to tell me if I didn't call.
I purchased a ac compressor kit
I purchased a ac compressor kit. The compressor is bad and their non English speaking customer service is ridiculous. Won't take compressor back unless I remove the whole kit to send back. The labor involved is very expensive to remove it all and in the meantime my truck is disabled for god knows how long. PATS GEEK SUCKS BUY LOCAL NOY THIS ONLINE CROOKED COMPANY

I received a wrong parts ,also they charge me for shipping when I order the parts.31 Trying to return the wrong parts back to them ,but they still want me to pay for return shipment. They return process is very hard and confusing, no one can answer their customer service phone number, not to many options on their website.
Parts fit guarantee is BS
I ordered a replacement catalytic converter. For starters the welds on the one I received looked like they were done by a second grader with a crayon. When I tried to install it, I found that the angle it was welded at was off and it made contact with the CV axle. Called to return and order one that'll work and was told it was more than 40 days they wouldn't fix the issue. Part was verified by VIN again by them and they still will not fix the defective part. I will never order from them again and recommend no one else does either.
This place is a joke
This place is a joke, do not order from these clowns.... They'll send you the wrong part and don't own up to it then they make you jump through a million hoops before they tell you that it's your fault that you ordered the wrong part.... The absolute worst buying experience I ever had...Stay away!!!!
