We completely understand your disappointment—receiving a fan that doesn't work and is missing the remote is incredibly frustrating, especially after paying for professional installation. Being unable to reach a real person for help only made matters worse, and we are truly sorry for that.

Regarding the communication delay:

Your attempts to reach us occurred during the Chinese New Year holiday, when our offices were temporarily closed, and staffing was limited. While this explains the gap in response, it does not excuse the fact that you were left waiting without communication when you needed help most. We have now returned to full operations and are actively ensuring all customers receive the support they deserve.
