We found exactly what we looking for…

We found exactly what we looking for when do when do some small home renovations. We've been very happy with light fixtures we purchased. We've did have a little hiccup in that we broke the acrylic shade on one during installation (our mistake!) and the company was extremely helpful in getting us a replacement in just a couple weeks!

I have not had a chance to get this…

I have not had a chance to get this installed yet as I need to get some wiring done on my deck. But the fab came well packaged and organized. The blades are very solid and will be such a nice huge size for our back patio! So excited for this. Will update when its installed!

Spectacular 84" fans

bought 2- 84" fans for my new living room, it is 30x35 with 18 foot ceilings and 2 of these on 4 foot drops move so much air that we never have to use the AC and normally turn them down or off in the evening because my wife gets cold. They are amazing and do the job so well. Grateful I purchased them.

The fan is impressive smooth and quiet

The fan is impressive smooth and quiet. It’s been running for 2 1/2 months to circulate the floor heat. I am 110% happy. And the very fair price.

You only shipped 1 of the 2 fans

You only shipped 1 of the 2 fans. The only email response I received was that it must be an error on the FedEx side, but they never received the package. You need to ship me a fan ASAP please.

Thanks for responding. You can see that there are not tracking scans, only the initial label creation event which does not mean it was put on the truck.

Trusted Company

I am always very leery of ordering from a Chinese company. Twice I have been burned by them saying they delivered the product and i didn't receive it. Then I would have to pay another company money to find the delivery I never got.
However, I must admit this company is definitely one of the better ones. I trust this site. Their customer service was amazing. When I emailed to find out where my product even was, they explained it takes a little longer to update when it's coming directly from their factory in China. But I did receive it in great condition. I definitely can recommend Parrot Uncle and their products and customer service

The fan arrived on time

The fan arrived on time. It looks great. I haven’t been able to put it up because the accessories and angled roof hook and extension pole were shipped separately and have taken three weeks to get here. One of the accessories arrived two weeks after the fan still waiting on the other. I’d recommend skipping the overpriced accessories and buying them elsewhere.

Thank you for your honest review. We completely understand your frustration, and we’re truly sorry that you had to wait so long for the accessories needed to install your fan.

Here’s what happened:

Downrod (extension pole) – This item was actually shipped together with your fan. Unfortunately, the carrier experienced a transit delay, which caused the downrod to arrive much later than the fan. We sincerely apologize for that shipping failure.

Mounting bracket – This part was not in stock at our US warehouse at the time of your order. It had to be shipped directly from our factory in China, and cross‑border shipping typically takes about 15 days. That is why it arrived separately and long after the fan.

The good news: All of your accessories have now been delivered. You finally have everything you need to complete the installation.

Regarding your suggestion to buy accessories elsewhere: We hear you. We are actively working to keep more accessory inventory in the US so future customers don’t have to wait this long. Your feedback is helping us improve.

A small gesture of apology: Please check your email – we have sent you a discount code for a future purchase as a thank‑you for your patience and for helping us get better.
